Focus and Scope
          The YRU Journal of Science and Technology (YRUJST) publishes high-quality research articles and review articles that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in science and technology. The journal covers the following areas:

          Physical Sciences: Physics and Chemistry
          Biological Sciences: Agriculture, Biology, Microbiology, and Biotechnology
          Applied Sciences: Food Technology, Cosmetic Science, and Environmental Science

Section Policies
          Research Article: Open submissions, indexed, peer reviewed
          Review Article: Open submissions, indexed, peer reviewed

Language
          All manuscripts must be submitted in English.

Peer Review Process
          All submitted manuscripts are screened for similarity using CopyCatch. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 25% (excluding references) will be returned to the authors for revision, and manuscripts found to contain plagiarism will be rejected.
          Manuscripts that pass the initial screening undergo double-blind peer review by at least two experts in the relevant field. Under this process, the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are concealed from each other throughout the review.
          Based on the reviewers' reports, the section editor makes a recommendation, and the editor-in-chief makes the decision:
          Accept: The manuscript is accepted for publication without further revision.
          Revision Required: The author revises the manuscript in response to the reviewers' comments. If a reviewer has requested to see the revised manuscript, it is returned to that reviewer for re-evaluation. The revisions are then verified by the section editor.
          Reject: The manuscript is not accepted for publication.

Publication Frequency
          The journal publishes three issues per year:
                   Issue 1: January–April
                   Issue 2: May–August
                   Issue 3: September–December
          Each issue contains five to eight articles.

Open Access Policy
          The journal provides immediate open access to all full-text articles, which are freely available to read and download online.

Publication Fees
          The journal does not charge authors any submission fees, article processing charges (APCs), or other fees at any stage of the publication process.

          Copyright of all published articles is held by the Southern Border Research and Development Institute, Yala Rajabhat University, Thailand. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

          The journal is supported by Yala Rajabhat University. This funding has no influence on editorial decisions.
