Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts must be reviewed by at least two expert  (Three Experts Recommended for those who plan to apply for academic position in the future) reviewers in the related field via double-blinded review system.

Decision  

          Acceptance for publication

          Acceptance for publication after revision (The editor has been authorized to consider.)

          Acceptance for reconsideration after revision

          Should not accept Publication

Article Consideration Criteria

           1. If an article is rejected for publication by 2 out of 2 (for 2 reviewers) or 2 out of 3 (for 3 reviewers), it will be rejected immediately.

           2. The editor may decide to reject publication. If experts evaluate it at the level of "fair" "poor" or "very poor"

           3. In other cases, if the editor considers that should reject publication. However, the editor's decision is final.

 

Publication Frequency 

Frequency: 3 Issues/Year:

• Vol. 1  January – April
• Vol. 2  May – August 
• Vol. 3 September - Decemcer

Each Issues contains 5-10 manuscripst.
