Journal of Food Technology, Siam University, which is in the Thai Journal Citation Index (TCI), accepts review and research articles for publication in the journal, Volume 20, Issue 1, through Thai Journals Online (ThaiJO). Authors can apply for membership and submit your articles through the online system of the Journal of Food Technology, Siam University from now on.

The articles published in the journal must be peer-reviewed by a minimum of three expert reviewers per article and operated by a double-blind assessment. The Journal of Food Technology, Siam University has implemented an article processing charge (APC) of 4,000 baht for all editorially accepted manuscripts.
