Copyright and Licensing
Author's Agreement:
By submitting to Thai Journal of Agricultural Science (TJAS), an official publication of the Agricultural Science Society of Thailand under the Patronage of His Majesty the King, the authors agree to the following copyrights:
a. The authors grant the sole and exclusive right to publish the article during the legal term of the copyright to the Agricultural Science Society of Thailand under the Patronage of His Majesty the King.
b. The authors reserve their rights to any invention revealed in the article worthy of patent protection.
c. The authors reserve their rights to use part or whole of the article in any dissertation, related research, or operations for either profit- or non-profit distributions, as long as TJAS is acknowledged.
d. The authors reserve the right to make copies of the whole or part of the article for the purpose of teaching, lectures, seminars, presentations, and other business-related operations.
e. The Agricultural Science Society of Thailand under the Patronage of His Majesty the King reserves the rights to use any context of the article for academic purposes.
Assignment of Interest:
The Agricultural Science Society of Thailand under the Patronage of His Majesty the King may assign its interest in the copyright of the article to any person, company, or firm deemed fit and suitable to publish the article (hereinafter referred to as the “Publisher”).
Copyright Notice:
By submitting a manuscript to Thai Journal of Agricultural Science (TJAS), the author(s) agree to the following terms regarding copyright:
Copyright Transfer: The author(s) hereby transfer(s) and assign(s) to TJAS all rights, title, and interest in and to the copyright of the submitted manuscript, including but not limited to any supplemental materials, graphics, images, or audiovisual materials associated with the manuscript.
Publication License: TJAS grants to the author(s) a non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the manuscript in any medium for non-commercial purposes, provided that the manuscript is properly attributed to TJAS.
Author Retained Rights: The author(s) retain(s) certain rights to the manuscript, including the right to use the manuscript for educational or research purposes, to republish the manuscript in whole or in part in another work authored or edited by the author(s), and to make copies of the manuscript for personal use.
Attribution and Citation: When reproducing or distributing the manuscript, the author(s) agree(s) to properly attribute TJAS as the original source of publication and provide citation information according to TJAS guidelines.
Third-Party Content: The author(s) warrant(s) that they have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses for any third-party content included in the manuscript and that the inclusion of such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Indemnification: The author(s) agree(s) to indemnify and hold harmless TJAS, its editors, reviewers, and staff from any claims or liabilities arising from the publication of the manuscript, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement or defamation.
Review and Revisions: TJAS reserves the right to review, edit, format, and make revisions to the manuscript for publication purposes. The author(s) agree(s) to cooperate with TJAS in addressing any requested revisions or changes.
Publication Fee Waiver: TJAS does not charge authors any publication fees for the submission, review, or publication of manuscripts.
By submitting a manuscript to TJAS, the author(s) acknowledge(s) that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Copyright Notice.
