ผลของการเสริมหนอนแมลงวันลายในอาหารต่อสมรรถภาพการผลิตของไก่กระทง

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเสริมหนอนแมลงวันลายในอาหารในระดับที่แตกต่างกันต่อสมรรถภาพการผลิตของไก่กระทง ใช้ไก่กระทงคละเพศ จำนวน 80 ตัว ระยะเวลาการเลี้ยงรวม 49 วัน ใช้แผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มสมบูรณ์ จำนวน 4 กลุ่มการทดลอง ๆ ละ 4 ซ้ำ ๆ ละ 20 ตัว โดยกลุ่มการทดลองที่ 1 ชุดควบคุม กลุ่มการทดลองที่ 2 อาหารสูตรทางการค้าและเสริมหนอนแมลงวันลาย 10% กลุ่มการทดลองที่ 3 อาหารสูตรทางการค้าและเสริมหนอนแมลงวันลาย 20%และกลุ่มการทดลองที่ 4 อาหารสูตรทางการค้าและเสริมหนอนแมลงวันลาย 30% ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผลของการเสริมหนอนแมลงวันลายในระดับที่แตกต่างกันในอาหาร เมื่อไก่กระทงอยู่ในช่วงอายุ 7 – 14, 14 – 21, 21 – 28, 28 – 35, 35 – 42 วัน พบว่า ปริมาณอาหารที่กินได้ น้ำหนักตัวที่เพิ่มขึ้น อัตราการเจริญเติบโตเฉลี่ยต่อวัน และอัตราการเปลี่ยนอาหารเป็นเนื้อ ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P>0.05) การเสริมหนอนแมลงวันลายลงในอาหารไก่กระทง เมื่ออายุ 42 – 49 วัน พบว่า ปริมาณอาหารที่กินได้ ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันทางสถิติ (P>0.05) แต่น้ำหนักตัวที่เพิ่มขึ้น อัตราการเจริญเติบโตเฉลี่ยต่อวันและอัตราการเปลี่ยนอาหารเป็นเนื้อ มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P<0.05) และพบว่า น้ำหนักมีชีวิต น้ำหนักซาก น้ำหนักหัวใจ น้ำหนักตับและน้ำหนักกึ๋นไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P> 0.05)
