การพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มกะปิคลองด่านชุมชน 3 ตำบลคลองด่าน อำเภอบางบ่อ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาความต้องการในการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มกะปิคลองด่านชุมชน 3 ตำบลคลองด่าน อำเภอบางบ่อ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ให้กับกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน ฯ และ3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ของสมาชิกกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน ฯ ใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research) ทั้งเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ โดยมีประชากรทั้งหมด 9 ราย และประยุกต์กระบวนการวิจัยแบบมีส่วนร่วม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ และกิจกรรมสนทนากลุ่ม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สภาพปัญหาของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน ฯ ยังขาดบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่เหมาะสมแก่การเป็นของฝากและต้องการพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่เหมาะสมโดยใช้วัสดุเป็นกระดาษ มีรูปแบบเป็นทรงสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้าพร้อมหูจับ สามารถพับเก็บขนส่งสะดวก ซ้อนทับได้ และมีความแข็งแรงทนทาน บรรจุภัณฑ์ใช้เป็นสีน้ำตาลอ่อนมีฉลากสีขาว และระบุรายละเอียดในฉลากดังนี้ สูตรทำน้ำพริกกะปิ ส่วนประกอบ วันผลิตและวันหมดอายุ ความเป็นมาวิสาหกิจชุมชน ฯ QR Code สถานที่ผลิต และใช้
ภาพที่ตั้งกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน ฯ เป็นภาพประกอบ ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจพบว่า บรรจุภัณฑ์รูปแบบที่ 1 มีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด (μ= 4.57, S.D. = 0.22) โดยด้านสีมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด รองลงมาด้านฉลากมีความพึงพอใจมาก และน้อยที่สุดด้านคุณสมบัติมีความพึงพอใจปานกลาง
การพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ครั้งนี้ช่วยเพิ่มมูลค่าผลิตภัณฑ์จากเดิมราคา 60 บาท เป็น 159 บาท โดยออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ให้มีความทันสมัย สะดวก และน่าเชื่อถือทำให้ดึงดูดผู้บริโภคมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยมีการแลกเปลี่ยนความความคิดของสมาชิก ซึ่งเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการพัฒนากลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน
