ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการผลิตกาแฟภายใต้มาตรฐานเกษตรที่ดี (GAP) ของเกษตรกรโครงการพัฒนาพื้นที่สูงแบบโครงการหลวงปางมะโอ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐสังคม ปัจจัยสนับสนุน การผลิตกาแฟ และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการผลิตกาแฟภายใต้มาตรฐานเกษตรที่ดี (GAP) ของเกษตรกรโครงการพัฒนาพื้นที่สูงแบบโครงการหลวงปางมะโอ อำเภอเชียงดาว จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์กับสมาชิกเกษตรกรผู้ผลิตกาแฟจำนวน 141 คน จากสมาชิกเกษตรกรทั้งหมด 299 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่ายด้วยวิธีการจับฉลาก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า เกษตรกรเกือบสองในสาม (ร้อยละ 65.95) เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 52.04 ปี จบการศึกษาในระดับประถมศึกษา (ร้อยละ 35.50) และส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 73.04) มีสถานภาพสมรส เกษตรกรมีแรงงานในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 3.07 คน และมีพื้นที่ปลูกกาแฟเฉลี่ย 13.14 ไร่ เกษตรกรมีรายได้เฉลี่ยในครัวเรือน 265,560.28 บาทต่อปี มีต้นทุนเฉลี่ยในการผลิตกาแฟ 34,480.07 บาทต่อปี และมีประสบการณ์ผลิตกาแฟเฉลี่ย 7.84 ปี ในขณะที่เกษตรกรมีทัศนคติต่อมาตรฐานเกษตรที่ดี อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.91) มีแรงจูงใจระดับมากในการผลิตกาแฟภายใต้มาตรฐานเกษตรที่ดี (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.78) และในภาพรวมเกษตรกรยังมีการผลิตกาแฟภายใต้มาตรฐานเกษตรที่ดี อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.54) ทั้งนี้ผลการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณในภาพรวมพบ 3 เหตุปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการผลิตกาแฟภายใต้มาตรฐานเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกร ได้แก่ ประสบการณ์การผลิตกาแฟ ทัศนคติต่อมาตรฐานเกษตรที่ดี และแรงจูงใจในการผลิตกาแฟภายใต้มาตรฐานเกษตรที่ดี
