บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการได้รับการส่งเสริมการผลิตผักตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีและเหมาะสม 2) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความต้องการได้รับการส่งเสริมการผลิตผักตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีและเหมาะสม 3) ศึกษาปัญหาของการผลิตผักตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีและเหมาะสม กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาคือ เกษตรกรที่ผลิตผักตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีและเหมาะสมในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอ่างทอง จำนวน 96 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าเกษตรกรมีความความต้องการได้รับการส่งเสริมการผลิตผักตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีและเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการได้รับการส่งเสริมการผลิตผักตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีและเหมาะสมที่มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวก ได้แก่ อายุ แรงงาน และการรับรู้ข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการผลิตผักตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีและเหมาะสม ส่วนปัญหาในการผลิตผักตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีและเหมาะสม คือ ความแปรปรวนของสภาพภูมิอากาศและโรคและแมลงศัตรูพืชระบาดมากที่สุด โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะ ดังนี้ 1) สนับสนุนด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการเกษตรที่ทันสมัย 2) ส่งเสริมการเกษตรแบบออนไลน์ 3) แนะนำการจัดการควบคุมโรคและแมลงศัตรูพืชแบบผสมผสาน และ 4) สนับสนุนและแนะนำช่องทางทางการตลาดและช่องทางการจำหน่ายสินค้า
