การจัดการอาหาร องค์ประกอบทางเคมีของอาหารสัตว์ ผลผลิตและองค์ประกอบทางโภชนะของน้ำนมในฟาร์มโคนม จังหวัดพัทลุง

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจการจัดการอาหาร วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบทางเคมีของอาหารสัตว์ และประเมินผลผลิตและองค์ประกอบน้ำนมในฟาร์มโคนมจังหวัดพัทลุงจำนวน 102 ฟาร์ม โดยจำแนกเป็นฟาร์มขนาดเล็ก กลาง และใหญ่ โดยมีจำนวนฟาร์มเฉลี่ยแต่ละกลุ่มดังนี้ กลุ่มที่ 1 (ฟาร์มขนาดเล็ก มีโคนมทั้งหมดไม่เกิน 37 ตัว) กลุ่มที่ 2 (ฟาร์มขนาดกลาง มีโคนมทั้งหมด 38–40 ตัว) เท่ากับ 30 ฟาร์ม และกลุ่มที่ 3 (ฟาร์มขนาดใหญ่ มีโคนมทั้งหมดตั้งแต่ 41 ตัวขึ้นไป) จำนวนโคในฟาร์มเฉลี่ยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 กลุ่มเท่ากับ 37, 39 และ 42 ตัว ตามลำดับ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์และบันทึกระดับฟาร์ม พร้อมเก็บตัวอย่างอาหารและน้ำนมจาก 4 พื้นที่ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยด้วยวิธี Duncan’s multiple range test ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ฟาร์มส่วนใหญ่ใช้หญ้าสดเป็นอาหารหยาบหลัก (85.29%) และให้อาหารข้นแบบรวมกลุ่ม (80.39%) ผลผลิตน้ำนมเฉลี่ยของฟาร์มทั้งสามขนาดไม่แตกต่างกันทางสถิติ โดยอยู่ระหว่าง 13.35–13.69 กิโลกรัมต่อตัวต่อวัน ฟาร์มขนาดเล็กให้อาหารข้นสูงกว่าฟาร์มขนาดกลางและใหญ่ (P<0.001) ขณะที่ฟาร์มขนาดใหญ่มีจำนวนโคเต้านมอักเสบสูงกว่า (P<0.001) อาหารข้นมีโปรตีนหยาบสูงสุด 17.04% ของวัตถุแห้ง ส่วนผลพลอยได้มี NDF, ADF และ ADL สูงสุด พื้นที่ตั้งฟาร์มไม่มีผลต่อไขมัน โปรตีน และของแข็งไม่รวมไขมัน แต่มีผลต่อแลคโตส (P=0.008) โดยของแข็งไม่รวมไขมันทุกพื้นที่ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์อ้างอิง ผลการศึกษาสะท้อนถึงความจำเป็นในการวิเคราะห์อาหารและจัดสูตรบนฐานวัตถุแห้ง ให้อาหารตามระดับผลผลิต และควบคุมโรคเต้านมอักเสบ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและคุณภาพน้ำนม
