บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเข้าร่วมโครงการธนาคารโคนมทดแทนฝูงของสมาชิกสหกรณ์โคนมขอนแก่น จำกัด และ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาในการดำเนินโครงการธนาคารโคนมทดแทนฝูงของสหกรณ์โคนมขอนแก่น จำกัด โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มเกษตรกรตัวอย่าง 62 ราย แบ่งเป็นเกษตรกรที่เป็นสมาชิกของโครงการ 31 ราย และเกษตรกรที่ไม่เป็นสมาชิกของโครงการ 31 ราย รวบรวมข้อมูลจากการใช้แบบสอบถามเชิงโครงสร้าง ข้อมูลที่ได้นำมาวิเคราะห์โดยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS เพื่อหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของข้อมูลแบบกลุ่มใช้การทดสอบ Chi–square การทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่างตัวแปรอิสระของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเข้าร่วมโครงการของเกษตรกร (T–test) ซึ่งมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานสำหรับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเข้าร่วมโครงการของเกษตรกร พบว่าด้านสายพันธุ์โคนม ด้านเศรษฐกิจ และด้านการดำเนินงานของโครงการระหว่างเกษตรกรทั้งสองกลุ่มมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.01) นอกจากนี้ปัจจัยด้านการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ในโครงการของเกษตรกรทั้งสองกลุ่มมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) จากการดำเนินงานของโครงการที่ผ่านมา พบว่าโครงการประสบปัญหา ได้แก่ ปัญหาในระบบการจัดการ ปัญหาด้านประสิทธิภาพในระบบการเลี้ยง และปัญหาจำนวนพนักงานไม่เพียงพอ ดังนั้น จึงมีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่สหกรณ์ต้องพัฒนาระบบการเลี้ยงโคนมทดแทนในโครงการให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อให้เกษตรกรมีความสนใจในการเข้าร่วมโครงการมากขึ้น ซึ่งจะส่งผลต่อความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการในอนาคต
