การเจริญเติบโตของปูม้า (Portunus pelagicus Linnaeus, 1758) ในวัสดุหลบซ่อนที่แตกต่างกัน

บทคัดย่อ

การทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการเจริญเติบโตและอัตราการรอดตายของปูม้า (Portunus pelagicus Linnaeus, 1758) ที่เลี้ยงในวัสดุหลบซ่อนต่างกัน ทำการเลี้ยงปูม้าในตู้กระจกเป็นระยะเวลา 90 วัน มี 4 ชุดการทดลอง (ไม่มีวัสดุหลบซ่อน สาหร่ายพวงองุ่น หญ้าทะเล (Enhalus acoroides) และท่อ pvc) ชุดการทดลองละ 3 ซ้ำ ปูม้า มีน้ำหนักเฉลี่ยก่อนทดลองเท่ากับ 0.25±0.00 0.25±0.00 0.25±0.00  และ 0.25±0.00 กรัม ตามลำดับ และมีความยาวเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 1.31±0.00 1.31±0.00 1.31±0.00 และ 1.31±0.00 เซนติเมตร ตามลำดับ ผลการทดลองพบว่า มีน้ำหนักเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 19.98±0.64 20.61±0.30 21.02±0.43 และ 20.11±0.26 ตามลำดับ ความยาวเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 6.41±0.13 6.64±0.12 6.97±0.17 และ 6.61±0.02 เซนติเมตร ตามลำดับ อัตราการเจริญเติบโตจำเพาะ เท่ากับ 2.10±0.03 2.12±0.01 2.11±0.01 และ 2.07±0.01 เปอร์เซ็นต์ต่อวัน ตามลำดับ น้ำหนักเพิ่มเท่ากับ 7697.36±5.15.61 8035.86±199.47 7822.70±171.32 และ 7266.01±307.94 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ตามลำดับ น้ำหนักเพิ่มต่อวัน 0.22±0.00 0.22±0.00 0.23±0.00 และ 0.22±0.00 กรัมต่อวัน ตามลำดับ และอัตราการรอดตายเท่ากับ 13.33±0.00 41.66±0.00 26.66±0.00 และ 16.66±0.00 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ตามลำดับ โดยความยาวกระดองเฉลี่ย อัตราการเจริญเติบโตจำเพาะ น้ำหนักเพิ่มต่อวัน อัตราการรอดตาย และ เปอร์เซ็นต์น้ำหนักเพิ่ม มีความแตกต่างกันทางสถิติ (P<0.05) ปูม้าที่เลี้ยงโดยใช้สาหร่ายพวงองุ่นเป็นวัสดุหลบซ่อนมีการเจริญเติบโตและอัตราการรอดตายที่สูงกว่า
