บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับสมรรถนะในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) จำนวน 397 ราย อายุระหว่าง 19-60 ปี รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติบรรยาย ไคสแควร์ ค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุของ อสม.อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง จากการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์พบว่า การรับรู้นโยบายการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ จำนวนปีของการเป็น อสม. ความรู้ การเข้าถึงข้อมูลข่าวสาร การสนับสนุนของครอบครัว และ การสนับสนุนของเจ้าหน้าที่ มีความสัมพันธ์กับสมรรถนะในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุของ อสม. อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ อสม. อาจต้องเพิ่มจำนวนของกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เข้าร่วมอบรม และเพิ่มช่องทางในการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ด้านนโยบาย การดูแลผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน หรืออื่นๆ ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัวของ อสม. ในการให้ช่วยให้บริการด้านสุขภาพ
