ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเดินทางด้วยรถจักรยานยนต์ของนักศึกษาด้วยสมการถดถอยแบบขั้นตอนระดับลดหลั่น โดยการประยุกต์ใช้ MRBQ ร่วมกับ T-LOC

บทคัดย่อ
การเกิดอุบัติเหตุทางถนนมีปัจจัยเข้ามาเกี่ยวข้อง คือ คน ยานพาหนะ และสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยเฉพาะปัจจัยด้านคนมีส่วนสูงถึงร้อยละ 95 และเกิดขึ้นกับรถจักรยานยนต์มากที่สุด การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเดินทางด้วยรถจักรยานยนต์ของนักศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ อาสาสมัครที่สามารถขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ได้และศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัย/วิทยาลัยในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ จำนวน 650 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามโดยประยุกต์ใช้ Motorcycle Rider Behavior Questionnaire (MRBQ), Traffic Locus of Control Scale (T-LOC) และปัจจัยอื่นๆ อาทิ การใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือ การดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ยาทำให้ง่วงซึม การครอบครองใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ ประสบการณ์การละเมิดกฎจราจรและการเกิดอุบัติเหตุในอดีต วิเคราะห์ด้วยสมการถดถอยแบบขั้นตอนระดับลดหลั่น ข้อมูลทั่วไปพบว่า นักศึกษาไม่มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์มากถึงร้อยละ 75.7 และเคยละเมิดกฎจราจรร้อยละ 100 ผลการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเดินทางด้วยรถจักรยานยนต์ พบว่า การใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือในการพิมพ์ข้อความ การดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ และ T-LOC ปัจจัยภายในคือ “ตัวเอง” ส่งผลต่อ MRBQ คือ ความผิดพลาดในการขับขี่ การละเมิดความเร็ว ความผิดพลาดในการควบคุม การขับขี่ผาดโผน มากขึ้น ในขณะที่การใช้อุปกรณ์ช่วยเพิ่มความปลอดภัยลดลง ผลของการศึกษาสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์เชิงนโยบายและมาตรการ เช่น มาตรการในการตรวจสอบการมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ การห้ามใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือขณะขับขี่ การรณรงค์ให้ผู้ที่ดื่มแอลกอฮอล์แล้วไม่ขับขี่ การส่งเสริมความรู้ความเข้าใจในกฎจราจรโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เป็นต้น สถาบันเป้าหมายสามารถนำเข้าไปกำหนดในแผนปฏิบัติราชการเพื่อยกระดับความปลอดภัยในการขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ให้กับนักศึกษาได้
