ศักยภาพของ Alcaligenes faecalis No.4 ในการบำบัด Bisphenol A และสารประกอบอินทรีย์ในน้ำเสียจากท่าอากาศยาน

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินศักยภาพของ Alcaligenes faecalis No.4 (A. faecalis No.4) ร่วมกับตะกอนจุลินทรีย์ (Sludge) จากระบบกำจัดไนโตรเจนและฟอสฟอรัสแบบชีวภาพ (BNR) ในการบำบัดน้ำเสียจากท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ โดยเปรียบเทียบ 4 ชุดการทดลอง ได้แก่ ชุดควบคุม ชุดเติมตะกอนจุลินทรีย์ ชุดเติม A. faecalis No.4 และชุดเติมทั้งตะกอนจุลินทรีย์ร่วมกับ A. faecalis No.4 วิเคราะห์คุณภาพน้ำ ได้แก่ pH, DO, SS, sBOD, COD, TKN, NH3 และ BPA พร้อมวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย One-way ANOVA ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ p<0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า A. faecalis No.4 มีการเจริญเติบโตได้ดี โดยมีความเข้มข้นเริ่มต้น 4.4x1013 cells/mL และเมื่อใช้ร่วมกับตะกอนจุลินทรีย์สามารถเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการกำจัด sBOD, COD, NH3 และ BPA ได้ดีกว่าการใช้เพียงจุลินทรีย์หรือสลัดจ์เพียงอย่างเดียว ค่าคงที่ปฏิกิริยาอันดับหนึ่งของการย่อยสลายสารอินทรีย์อยู่ในช่วง 0.02-0.03 h-1 ขณะที่อัตราการเจริญเติบโตของ A. faecalis No.4 และการใช้ร่วมกับตะกอนจุลินทรีย์มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.1267 h-1 และ 0.1463 h-1 ตามลำดับ และมีค่าคงที่การย่อยสลายทางชีวภาพอยู่ในช่วง 0.011-0.3040 h-1 ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่า A. faecalis No.4 ร่วมกับตะกอนจุลินทรีย์มีศักยภาพในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบำบัดน้ำเสียท่าอากาศยาน และมีความเหมาะสมสำหรับการพัฒนาและประยุกต์ใช้ในระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียในอนาคต
