การผลิตผักปลอดสารพิษในอำเภอแม่ลาน จังหวัดปัตตานี

บทคัดย่อ
ผักปลอดสารพิษเป็นที่ต้องการของตลาด เนื่องจากผู้บริโภคหันมาดูแลและใส่ใจสุขภาพเพิ่มมากขึ้น การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการผลิต ปัญหาและอุปสรรคการผลิตผักปลอดสารพิษในอำเภอแม่ลาน จังหวัดปัตตานี จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ผลิตผักปลอดสารพิษ จำนวน 29 ครัวเรือน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณาพบว่า เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่ผลิตผักปลอดสารพิษเป็นอาชีพเสริม มีประสบการณ์ในการผลิตผักปลอดสารพิษน้อยกว่า 5 ปี ขนาดพื้นที่ผลิตน้อยกว่า 5 ไร่ ใช้แรงงานในครัวเรือน จำนวน 1 – 2 คน ผลิตผักเศรษฐกิจและผักพื้นบ้าน จำนวน 15 ชนิด ผักที่มีการผลิตมากที่สุด คือ แตงกวา มีการใช้ปุ๋ยเคมีร่วมกับปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ในการปรับปรุงดินและการเจริญเติบโตของผัก ส่วนการป้องกันและกำจัดศัตรูพืชใช้สารสกัดจากพืชและสารเคมี เก็บเกี่ยวผลผลิตในระยะที่ปลอดภัยและขายปลีกให้กับผู้บริโภคในชุมชน รายได้จากการจำหน่ายผลผลิตน้อยกว่า 100,000 บาทต่อปี การผลิตผักปลอดสารพิษทั้งหมดยังไม่ได้ขอรับรองมาตรฐาน เกษตรกรมีปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการผลิตผักปลอดสารพิษ 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านการผลิตและด้านการตลาด ด้านการผลิตพบปัญหาโรคและแมลงศัตรูพืช ปัญหาวัชพืช การขาดแคลนน้ำสำหรับการผลิตผักในฤดูแล้ง น้ำท่วมขังพื้นที่ผลิตผักในฤดูฝน ขาดเงินลงทุน ส่วนปัญหาตลาดเป็นความไม่แน่นอนของตลาดรับซื้อผลผลิต และราคาผลผลิตที่ต่ำ ดังนั้นการหาตลาดหรือสร้างระบบกลไกการรับซื้อผลผลิตผักปลอดสารพิษที่มีเสถียรภาพทั้งปริมาณผลผลิตและราคา รวมทั้งพัฒนาความรู้ให้กับเกษตรกรเกี่ยวกับการจัดการผลิตผักปลอดสารพิษเป็นเรื่องที่จำเป็นต้องดำเนินการ
