ผลของสัดส่วนการใช้หนอนแมลงวันลาย (Hermetia illucens) ร่วมกับอาหารทางการค้าต่อค่าการเจริญเติบโต สุขภาพและองค์ประกอบทางเคมีของตัวปลาในปลานิลวัยอ่อน (Oreochromis niloticus)

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยนี้เพื่อศึกษาผลของสัดส่วนของการใช้หนอนแมลงวันลาย (Black soldier fly meal; BSFM) ร่วมกับอาหารทางการค้า ในการอนุบาลปลานิลที่มีน้ำหนักเริ่มต้นเฉลี่ย 400±0.56 มิลลิกรัม (mg) ต่อค่าการเจริญเติบโต สุขภาพ และองค์ประกอบทางเคมีของตัวปลา โดยวางแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มสมบูรณ์ (completely randomized design; CRD) แบ่งการทดลองเป็น 5 กลุ่มการทดลองๆ ละ 3 ซ้ำ คือกลุ่มทดลองที่ 1 กลุ่มอาหารสำเร็จรูปทางการค้า (Control) กลุ่มทดลองที่ 2 สัดส่วนหนอนแมลงวันลาย 25% กับอาหารสำเร็จรูปทางการค้า 75% (25%-BSFM) กลุ่มทดลองที่ 3 สัดส่วนหนอนแมลงวันลาย 50% กับอาหารสำเร็จรูปทางการค้า 50% (50%-BSFM) กลุ่มทดลองที่ 4 สัดส่วนหนอนแมลงวันลาย 75% กับอาหารสำเร็จรูปทางการค้า 25% (75%-BSFM) กลุ่มทดลองที่ 5 กลุ่มหนอนแมลงวันลาย 100% (100%-BSFM) เก็บตัวอย่างที่ระยะ 30 และ 60 วันหลังการกินอาหาร ผลการศึกษาพบว่าปลานิลที่ได้รับ 50%-BSFM ส่งผลต่อการเพิ่มสมรรถนะการเจริญเติบโต ประกอบด้วยค่าน้ำหนักสุดท้าย (BW) อัตราการเจริญเติบโตจำเพาะ (SGR) และลดอัตราการเปลี่ยนอาหารเป็นน้ำหนัก (FCR) (P<0.05) โดยไม่มีผลต่ออัตราการรอดของปลา (SR) (P>0.05) กลุ่มที่ได้รับอาหารผสมหนอนแมลงวันลายมีผลต่อการเพิ่มระดับคอเลสเตอรอล ไตรกลีเซอไรด์และพลาสมาโปรตีนรวมที่สูงขึ้น (P<0.05) เช่นเดียวกับการเพิ่มระดับไตรกลีเซอไรด์ (ตัวปลา กล้ามเนื้อปลาและตับปลา) และไขมันในตัวปลา ที่มีค่าเพิ่มสูงขึ้นสอดคล้องกับสัดส่วนของการใช้หนอนแมลงวันลายที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้น (25%-BSFM - 100%-BSFM) (P<0.05) การใช้หนอนแมลงวันลายร่วมกับอาหารทางการค้าตั้งแต่ระดับ 25%-BSFM ถึง 100%-BSFM มีผลต่อการเพิ่มประชากรจุลินทรีย์กลุ่ม Bifidobacteria spp. และการลดลงของประชากรจุลินทรีย์กลุ่ม Vibrio spp. เมื่อเทียบกับกลุ่มควบคุมที่ไม่มีสัดส่วนของหนอนแมลงวันลาย (P<0.05) โดยสรุปสัดส่วนการใช้หนอนแมลงวันลายที่ระดับ 50%-BSFM เป็นสัดส่วนที่เหมาะสมในการประยุกต์ใช้หนอนแมลงวันร่วมกับอาหารสำเร็จรูปทางการค้าที่มีผลต่อสมรรถนะการเจริญเติบโต สุขภาพและค่าองค์ประกอบทางเคมีในตัวปลานิล
