Legal Measures for the Control of Cyber- Bullying

Abstract

This research article aim to study as follows: 1) Problems on the law of Cyber-Bullying. 2) Comparing and analysing on legal provisions of Cyber-Bullying between Thailand and Canada. 3) Developing appropriate legal on Cyber-Bullying and this paper is qualitative research was documentary research from textbooks, research papers, academic articles and then providing conclusions.           

Research results has revealed as follows: 1) Thailand has no legal on Cyber-Bullying. 2) Comparing and analysing on legal provisions of Cyber-Bullying has many legal problems such as definition of Cyber-Bullying, rights on victim of Cyber-Bullying and defense of Cyber-Bullying person. 3) For developing appropriate legal on Cyber-Bullying. It should have to amend (1) definition of Cyber-Bullying (2) rights on victim of Cyber-Bullying and (3) defense of Cyber-Bullying person.
