ผลของกรดอินโดล-3-บิวทีริกและกรดจิบเบอเรลลิกต่อการเกิดรากพิเศษ และการเติบโตของต้นไหลสตรอว์เบอร์รีพันธุ์อะกิฮิเมะ

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการกระตุ้นการเกิดรากในต้นไหลของสตรอว์เบอร์รีพันธุ์อะกิฮิเมะ (Akihime) ที่ปลูกในสารละลายธาตุอาหารสูตรดัดแปลง CMU2S ภายในโรงเรือนควบคุมอุณหภูมิแบบการคายระเหยของน้ำ (Evaporative cooling greenhouse) คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ โดยในสัปดาห์ที่ 1 ให้ค่าการนำไฟฟ้าไฟฟ้า (EC) ของสารละลายปุ๋ย เท่ากับ 0.0 และเพิ่มค่า EC เป็น 1.0, 1.5 และ 2.0 มิลลิซีเมนส์ต่อเซนติเมตร ในสัปดาห์ที่ 2, 3 และ 4 ตามลำดับ วางแผนการทดลองแบบ (2x2)+1 factorial in CRD จำนวน 7 ซ้ำ โดยปัจจัย A คือ กรดอินโดล-3-บิวทีริก (Indole-3-butyric acid; IBA) ที่ระดับความเข้มข้น 0.6 และ 1.2 มิลลิกรัมต่อลิตร และปัจจัย B คือ กรดจิบเบอเรลลิก (Gibberellic acid; GA3) ที่ระดับความเข้มข้น 50 และ 150 มิลลิกรัมต่อลิตร โดยจุ่มฐานของต้นไหลสตรอว์เบอร์รีลงในสารละลายแต่ละกรรมวิธีเป็นเวลา 3 นาที เปรียบเทียบกับกรรมวิธีควบคุมที่ใช้เพียงน้ำเปล่า ผลการทดลองพบว่า การใช้ IBA ร่วมกับ GA3 มีปฏิสัมพันธ์กันต่อจำนวนรากและปริมาณคลอโรฟิลล์ของต้นไหลสตรอว์เบอร์รี โดยทุกกรรมวิธีให้จำนวนรากและปริมาณคลอโรฟิลล์ต่ำกว่ากรรมวิธีควบคุม ยกเว้นการใช้ IBA ความเข้มข้น 1.2 มก./ลิตร ร่วมกับ GA3 ความเข้มข้น 50 มก./ลิตร ซึ่งให้ค่าไม่แตกต่างจากกรรมวิธีควบคุม
