Abstract

ได้ทำการศึกษาโครโมโซมจากเนื้อเยื่อปลายรากและปลายยอดของลำไย  โดยวิธีฟูลเจนสแควช  โดยเก็บ ตัวอย่างที่เวลาต่างกันระหว่าง 07:00 ถึง 12:00 นาฬิกา  พบว่า  (ก) โครโมโซมที่นับได้จากเนื้อเยื่อปลายรากและปลายยอดมีจำนวนเท่ากัน  คือ  30 แท่ง (2n = 30) (ข) โครโมโซมจากปลายรากมองเห็นได้ชัดเจนกว่าจากปลายยอด  และ  (ค)  เวลาที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับการเก็บตัวอย่าง คือ ระหว่าง 09:00 ถึง 10:00 นาฬิกา
