การศึกษาคุณลักษณะของเกษตรกรต้นแบบในจังหวัดนราธิวาส

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคลและกิจกรรมการผลิตทางการเกษตรของเกษตรกรต้นแบบ (2) วิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะที่สำคัญของเกษตรกรต้นแบบจังหวัดนราธิวาส เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงจากเกษตรกรต้นแบบที่มีอายุระหว่าง 25-60 ปี มีประสบการณ์ทำการเกษตรมากกว่า 5 ปี และเคยได้รับรางวัลเกษตรกรดีเด่น จำนวน 20 ราย ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างเป็นเครื่องมือร่วมกับการสังเกต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า เกษตรกรต้นแบบส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 50.60 ปี จบการศึกษาสูงกว่าภาคบังคับมีพื้นที่ถือครองเพื่อการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 23.90 ไร่ มีประสบการณ์ทำเกษตรมากกว่า 20 ปี ส่วนใหญ่เป็นสมาชิกศูนย์เรียนรู้การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตสินค้าเกษตร มีรายได้จากภาคการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 540,792 บาทต่อปี ทุกคนทำการเกษตรในรูปแบบเกษตรผสมผสาน ใช้ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ร่วมกับปุ๋ยเคมี และเกือบทั้งหมดมีใบรับรองมาตรฐานสินค้าเกษตร GAP ปัญหาสำคัญในการทำเกษตรคือโรคและแมลงศัตรูพืช คุณลักษณะสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของเกษตรกรต้นแบบ ประกอบด้วย (1) การรู้จักตัวเอง (2) การบริหารจัดการ (3) ความคิดสร้างสรรค์และการมีนวัตกรรม (4) ทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (5) ทักษะการประสานงานและการสร้างเครือข่าย (6) ทักษะการถ่ายทอดความรู้ (7) ความกล้าเสี่ยง (8) ความอดทน (9) การมีจิตสาธารณะ (10) ความใฝ่รู้ตลอดเวลา และ (11) ความภาคภูมิใจในอาชีพ โดยสามารถนำคุณลักษณะเหล่านี้ไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาเกษตรกรรายอื่น ๆ การปรับปรุงนโยบายส่งเสริมการเกษตร และการออกแบบหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมที่ตรงกับความต้องการของเกษตรกร
