บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนในการขนส่งทางเรือและการขนส่งทางบก จากบริษัทกรณีศึกษาไปยัง สปป.ลาว (แขวงอุดมไซ) และประเมินทางเลือกเส้นทางการขนส่งที่สามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของลูกค้า โดยประยุกต์ใช้ตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพด้านโลจิสติกส์ของสถานประกอบการภาคอุตสาหกรรม และกระบวนการวิเคราะห์ตามลำดับชั้น (AHP) ในการดำเนินงานวิจัย โดยใช้เกณฑ์ในการตัดสินใจ 5 เกณฑ์ คือ (1) ต้นทุนต่อหน่วยสินค้า (2) ระยะเวลาการขนส่ง (3) ความสามารถในการขนส่ง (4) ความปลอดภัยในการขนส่ง และ (5) ความถี่ในการขนส่ง บน 2 เส้นทางการขนส่งคือ (1) ทางเรือ (2) ทางถนน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สัดส่วนต้นทุนการขนส่งทางถนนมีค่าสูงกว่าการขนส่งทางเรือ ร้อยละ 6.30 บริษัทกรณีศึกษาควรเลือกการขนส่งสินค้าการขนส่งทางเรือ เพราะสามารถตอบสนองต่อเกณฑ์การตัดสินใจทั้ง 5 เกณฑ์ ได้ถึงร้อยละ 77.2
