          All contributions are peer-reviewed using a double-blind review process, the reviewer involves at least 3 two experts, the name of the reviewers as well as the author will not unfold.

Publication Fee

          The journal does not impose page charges.

Background Information and the establishment of the journal

          Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University initiated the launch of “Wichcha” journal when the university was just only the “Nakhon Si Thammarat Teacher College” and there were 2 issues a year. At first, the journal emphasized the local context such as education, culture, folklore, local knowledge, etc. Moreover, the early content of this journal wasn't specified on any particular field but the content was circulated among the different faculties from the college.

          In 1974, the 5 teacher colleges from all around the country were chosen to teach the Education program for the bachelor's degree which was taught 2 consecutive years. Nakhon Si Thammarat Teacher College was also 1 of the 5 institutions and during that time there was also a Science course for the bachelor's degree. From this beginning, the publishing of the Wichcha journal became more popular. Until 2014, there was a concept of “Thai Journal Citation Index” or TCI, this made some changes to the university’s journal. To conclude, “Nakbutrparitas” journal will be for the researches of the post graduate students both the Master degree and the Doctoral degree. For the teacher and the general public research will belong to the “Humanities and Social science” journal and the “Wichcha journal" will responsible for the researches that relate to Science field only.
