Outstanding Reviewers at the Journal Level 2025 (Reviewer Recognition and Certificate by Editor: RRC-E 2025)

The Thai Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI) has developed the Reviewer Recognition and Certificate (RRC) system as an initiative to enhance the quality of peer review in Thai academic journals and to promote international standards of transparency, fairness, and impartiality in the manuscript evaluation process. The program also aims to recognize and honor the valuable contributions of reviewers who dedicate their expertise and time to evaluating scholarly manuscripts, beyond conventional forms of compensation.

Editors of journals indexed in the TCI database (Tier 1 and Tier 2) and operating on the ThaiJO platform were invited to nominate outstanding reviewers at the journal level, with a maximum of five reviewers per journal.

The editorial boards of participating journals have completed the selection process for Outstanding Reviewers at the Journal Level for the year 2025, and the official list has been announced on the TCI website.

For the year 2025, the editorial board of Wichcha Journal Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University has selected reviewers who demonstrated outstanding performance in manuscript evaluation. The selection was based on the quality and rigor of their reviews, the comprehensiveness of their academic recommendations, and their commitment to completing reviews within the designated timeframe.

The following five reviewers have been selected to receive the Reviewer Recognition and Certificate by Editor (RRC-E 2025) (listed in alphabetical order):
