ศึกษาความพึงพอใจและความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้สื่อแอนิเมชั่นช่วยในการจัดการเรียนการสอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 4

Abstract

การวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจและความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้สื่อแอนิเมชั่นช่วยในการจัดการเรียนการสอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาจารย์และนักเรียนจำนวน 800 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้แบ่งเป็นแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจและความคิดเห็น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสถิติสำเร็จรูป โดยสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) ระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้สื่อแอนิเมชั่น ช่วยในการจัดการเรียนการสอนมีระดับความพึงพอใจระดับดี

2) ความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้สื่อแอนิเมชั่น ช่วยในการจัดการเรียนการสอน อันดับ 1 คือ สื่อแอนิเมชั่น ช่วยในการจัดการเรียนการสอนทำให้นักเรียนมีความกระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนมากขึ้น รองลงมาคือ สื่อแอนิเมชั่น ช่วยลด

ภาระงานสอนของครูได้ดี และนักเรียนมีความสนใจมากขึ้น และอันดับ 3 คือ สื่อแอนิเมชั่น มีเนื้อหาส่วนใหญ่ดีแล้วแต่ควรให้ง่ายกว่านี้ ส่วนอันดับสุดท้ายคือ เนื้อหาไม่ครอบคลุมทั้งหมดของรายวิชาและภาษาที่ใช้ไม่เหมาะกับเด็กระดับประถมศึกษา เนื่องจากยากเกินไป
