Abstract

การนำระบบฐานข้อมูลมาใช้ร่วมกับเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตในการติดต่อสื่อสารทำให้มีความสะดวกต่อการเรียกใช้และการปรับปรุงแก้ไขสารสนเทศ ในการนำระบบสารสนเทศเข้ามาใช้ เพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนและใช้สนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอนระหว่างเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงาน อาจารย์และนักศึกษา จึงดำเนินการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาระบบการลงทะเบียนออนไลน์ โดยใช้ซอฟท์แวร์ที่ไม่มีค่าลิขสิทธิ์ ซึ่งเป็นโปรแกรมภาษา PHP และโปรแกรมจัดการฐานข้อมูล Oracle ซึ่งเป็นระบบฐานข้อมูลที่มีอยู่เดิมมาพัฒนาต่อ เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานกับระบบเดิมที่ใช้อยู่ แล้วทดสอบความสามารถของระบบก่อนนำไปใช้งานจริง วัดความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้โดยสอบถามผ่านระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต นำคำตอบที่ได้มาจัดเก็บไว้ในฐานข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS for Windows เพื่อหาค่าร้อยละของความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบจำนวน 4,138 คน โดยผู้ใช้ต้องพึงพอใจครบทั้ง 4 ประเด็น

ผลปรากฏว่าผู้ใช้พึงพอใจต่อระบบในระดับน้อยและน้อยที่สุดเพียงร้อยละ 7.63โดยแยกเป็นแต่ละด้านคือ ด้านเนื้อหาร้อยละ 7.97 ด้านการออกแบบร้อยละ 7.55 ด้านการใช้บริการร้อยละ 8.27 และด้านการนำไปใช้งานต่อยอดร้อยละ 6.70 ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจแต่ละประเด็น ผลปรากฏว่าผู้ใช้พึงพอใจต่อระบบในระดับปานกลางถึงมากที่สุดถึงร้อยละ 92.37 โดยแยกเป็นแต่ละด้านคือ ด้านเนื้อหาร้อยละ 92.03 ด้านการออกแบบร้อยละ 92.45 ด้านการใช้บริการร้อยละ 91.73 และด้านการนำไปใช้งานต่อยอดร้อยละ 93.30 ผลการวิจัยแสดงว่าผู้ใช้งานระบบมีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบการลงทะเบียนออนไลน์ด้านการนำไปใช้งานต่อยอดได้ เป็นแหล่งข้อมูลที่สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้ระบบได้เป็นอันดับ 1 มีความพึงพอใจต่อการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบให้สามารถใช้งานได้ง่าย สวยงาม และมีรูปแบบรายงานที่เหมาะสมเป็นอันดับ 2 ด้านเนื้อหาที่มีข้อมูลครอบคลุม มีประโยชน์ สะดวกรวดเร็ว และถูกต้องเป็นอันดับ 3 และด้านการใช้บริการและการมีส่วนร่วมในการให้ข้อมูลลงฐานข้อมูลเป็นอันดับ 4 ตามลำดับ ซึ่งจากผลการวิจัยนี้ ทำให้ทราบว่าจุดที่ต้องพัฒนาต่อไปคือ เรื่องของความเร็วและการแสดงข้อมูลที่สามารถครอบคลุมความต้องการยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อนำมาใช้ในการปรับปรุงระบบการทำงานและนำขั้นตอนการพัฒนามาเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบงานอื่น ๆ ต่อไปในอนาคต

The integration of database system and internet provides a better way in storing, retrieving and modifying data. In order to employ information technology system for improving its academic activitiesin the university, this research aims at developing registration online system by using free softwares, PHP language and Oracle database is database system existing to have developed to support the work the system existing then test the ability of the system prior to actual use. There were 4,138 respondents participated in this study. The SPSS for Windows package was used to measure the users’ satisfactions in 4 aspects. The data were collected from online questionnaires. The results showed that users are satisfied with less and least just 7.63% separate each side is the content was 7.97%. Design 7.55%. Use the service 27.8% and the adoption further 6.70%. While the satisfactions each issue results show that users are satisfied with moderate to the most up to 92.37%. By separate each side is the content of 92.03%. Design 92.45%. Use the service 91.73% and the adoption further 93.30%. A finding show user system is satisfied with the online registration systemis adoption furthera data source that can meet the needs ofuser system was ranked first. Satisfied with the design and development of systems that can be easily used, stylishand have report format appropriatewas ranked second. The content that contains the data coverage, useful, convenience and correct was ranked third. And the use of services and the provision of information to the database was ranked four respectively. Which results of this the research made aware that need to develop further is the speed and performances data can covers demanding more. To be used to improve system performance and lead development process is the development of other systems in the future.
