Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยแรงจูงใจในการลงสมัครรับการเลือกตั้งเป็นสมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล อำเภอสิชล จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ สมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในอำเภอสิชล จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 126 คน เป็นผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม โดยผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามต้องเป็นผู้ที่เป็นสมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในอำเภอสิชล จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ (Accidental Sampling) กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sample) เป็นการใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะ เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจในการลงสมัครรับการเลือกตั้งเป็นสมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในอำเภอสิชล จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับแรงจูงใจในการลงสมัครรับการเลือกตั้งเป็นสมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ของสมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล อำเภอสิชล จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จำแนกตามแต่ละด้าน

จากการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่าระดับแรงจูงใจในการสมัครลงรับเลือกตั้งเป็นสมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ในอำเภอสิชล จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช สามารถอธิบายได้ดังนี้คือ ภาพรวมแรงจูงใจมีระดับแรงจูงใจระดับมาก ( = 3.54) ส่วนแรงจูงใจของภาพรวมในด้านต่างๆ มีดังนี้ แรงจูงใจในด้านการแสวงหาอำนาจมีระดับแรงจูงใจระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.19) แรงจูงใจในด้านรายได้มีระดับแรงจูงใจระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.33) แรงจูงใจทางด้านการยอมรับทางสังคมมีระดับแรงจูงใจในระดับมาก (  =3.73) แรงจูงใจในด้านการมีเกียรติยศ ชื่อเสียงมีระดับแรงจูงใจระดับมาก (  = 3.77) และแรงจูงใจในด้านการทำงานมีระดับแรงจูงใจในระดับมาก (  = 3.69)

ระดับความสำคัญของแรงจูงใจของสมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในอำเภอสิชล จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชในแต่ละด้าน สามารถอธิบายได้ดังนี้คือ ต้องการทำงานเพื่อส่วนรวม และต้องการมีความก้าวหน้าในหน้าที่การงาน มีค่าอยู่ในระดับมาก(  = 3.88) รองลงมาคือ ต้องการมีบทบาทในการเป็นผู้นำมีค่าอยู่ในระดับมาก(  = 3.78) มีผู้สนับสนุนและช่วยเหลือให้ลงรับสมัครเลือกตั้งเป็นสมาชิก อบต.มีค่าอยู่ในระดับมาก (  =3.55) ต้องการมีชื่อเสียงเกียรติยศ มีค่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง(  = 3.43) ต้องการมีรายได้และผลประโยชน์ที่เป็นตัวเงินอื่นๆมีค่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง(  = 3.28) ส่วนระดับความสำคัญของแรงจูงใจการลงรับสมัครเลือกตั้งเป็นสมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ที่มีความสำคัญน้อยที่สุดคือ ต้องการมีอำนาจมีค่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (  = 3.15) ส่วนภาพรวมแรงจูงใจของสมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในอำเภอสิชล จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชในแต่ละด้านมีระดับแรงจูงใจระดับมาก (  = 3.60)
