Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการผลิตยางแผ่นรมควันของสหกรณ์กองทุนสวนยางปริก จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ที่มีผลกระทบโดยตรงกับการวางแผนการผลิตเพื่อลดต้นทุนการผลิต เพื่อวางแผนการผลิตยางแผ่นรมควันของสหกรณ์กองทุนสวนยางปริก เพื่อดำเนินงานตามแผนการผลิตยางแผ่นรมควันของสหกรณ์กองทุนสวนยางปริก และเพื่อวัดผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนการผลิตยางแผ่นรมควันของสหกรณ์กองทุนสวนยางปริก จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช
จากการศึกษาปัญหาการผลิตยางแผ่นรมควันของสหกรณ์กองทุนสวนยางปริก ปัญหาที่พบมี 5 ประการ คือ ยางคัตติ้ง ยางฟอง ยางมีสิ่งสกปรก ยางสุกไม่ทั่ว และยางเหนียวเยิ้ม โดยปัญหาที่พบมาก คือ ยางคัตติ้งและยางฟองเป็นเหตุผลให้ผู้วิจัยวางแผนการผลิตเพื่อให้การทำงานเป็นระบบและมีมาตรฐานการทำงานเพื่อลดการเกิดปัญหาขึ้น ในการวางแผนการผลิตนั้นผู้วิจัยได้ใช้หลักการของ 5W1H ภายหลังการดำเนินงานตามแผนพบว่าปริมาณของเสียลดลงจากเดิมเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับก่อนการดำเนินงานตามแผน
นอกจากนี้พบว่าพนักงานในฝ่ายผลิตได้ให้ความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างดี และพนักงานมีความรู้มากยิ่งขึ้นเกี่ยวกับระบบการผลิต รวมทั้งพนักงานมีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงานมากยิ่งขึ้น
Production Plan for Smoked Rubber Sheet’s Cost of Production Equation of Prick’s Rubber Replanting Aid Fund Cooperatives,Thung Yai District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province
This research objected to study the problem of Production Plan for Smoked Rubber Sheet’s Cost of production Equation of Prick’ Rubber Replanting Aid Fund Cooperatives, Thung Yai District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. To plan for production of Smoked Rubber Sheet of Prick’ Rubber Replanting Aid Fund Cooperatives. To follow the procedure of production plan of Smoked Rubber Sheet of Prick’ Rubber Replanting Aid Fund Cooperatives. and To evaluate the production plan of Smoked Rubber Sheet of Prick’s Rubber Replanting Aid Fund Cooperatives, Thung Yai District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.
The finding revealed that Prick’s Rubber Replanting Aid Fund Cooperatives doesn’t have a good system in production plan therefore the problem occurred during the production process. The major problems are; cutting latex, foam latex, dirty latex, half-smoked sheet and jelly latex. These major problems are cases of huge wastes in production line. The researcher is interested in solving of production plan by coaching the production staffs for the right way of production for reducing the waste and earns more profit.
In the line of production, the researcher found that production staffs pay more attention and follow coaching of researcher. They have more knowledge’s and skills in production line, also more efficiency in working and more quality products.
