สภาพและปัญหาการเตรียมทีมกีฬาเซปักตะกร้อที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาเยาวชนแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 24

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา และเปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการเตรียมทีมกีฬาเซปักตะกร้อที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาเยาวชนแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 24 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้จัดการทีม ผู้ฝึกสอน และนักกีฬาที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาเยาวชนแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 24 จำนวน 325 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.94 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างโดยใช้สถิติที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพการเตรียมทีมกีฬาเซปักตะกร้อ ที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาเยาวชนแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 2 ด้านนักกีฬาด้านผู้ฝึกสอน ด้านการคัดเลือกตัวนักกีฬา ด้านการจัดโปรแกรมการฝึกซ้อม ด้านงบประมาณและสวัสดิการ และด้านสถานที่ที่ใช้ในการฝึกซ้อมและอำนวยความสะดวก มีความเหมาะสม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 99.23, 95.31, 94.88,95.08, 93.61 และ 93.92 ตามลำดับ

2. ปัญหาการเตรียมทีมกีฬาเซปักตะกร้อ ที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาเยาวชนแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 24 ด้านนักกีฬา ด้านผู้ฝึกสอน ด้านการคัดเลือกตัวนักกีฬา ด้านการจัดโปรแกรมการฝึกซ้อม ด้านงบประมาณและสวัสดิการ และด้านสถานที่ที่ใช้ในการฝึกซ้อมและอำนวยความสะดวก มีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ1.90, 2.10, 2.10, 2.08, 2.16 และ 2.21 ตามลำดับ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.95, 1.08, 0.99, 0.97, 1.01,1.01 ตามลำดับ

3. เปรียบเทียบปัญหาการเตรียมทีมกีฬาเซปักตะกร้อ ที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาเยาวชนแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 24 ระหว่างเพศชายกับเพศหญิง ผู้จัดการทีมและผู้ฝึกสอนกับนักกีฬา พบว่า มีปัญหาการเตรียมทีมกีฬาเซปักตะกร้อ ไม่แตกต่างกัน

States and Problems of Preparation for Sepak Takraw Teams Athletes in the 24th National Youth Games

The purpose of this study was to find and compare the states and problems of Sepak Takraw team preparations for the 24th National Youth Games. The subjects of 325 were simple randomly sampled from the team managers, coaches and the athletes participating in the 24th National Youth Games. The data were collected by the writer’s constructed questionnaire, with its reliability of 94. The data were statistically treated for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and the t-value for differences. It was found as follows :

1. For the states : It was found sufficient on the athletes, coaches, the athlete selection, the training program, the budget and welfare, and training facilities, 99.23% , 95.31% , 94.88% , 95.08% , 93.61% , and 93.92% , respectively.

2. For the problems : It was found at a low level on the athletes, coaches, the athlete selection, the training program, the budget and welfare, and training facilities, with their means of 1.90 , 2.10 , 2.10 , 2.08 ,2.16 , and 2.21 , respectively and with their standard deviations of 0.95 , 1.08 , 0.99 , 0.97 , 1.01 , and 1.01, respectively.

3. When compared the problems of the Sepak Takraw team preparations for the 24th National Youth Games between male and female subjects among team managers, coaches and athletes, there were no differences.
