Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายในการศึกษาความสมบูรณ์เพศและการเพาะพันธุ์ปลาซิวควายแถบดำด้วยการฉีด buserelin 15ไมโครกรัมร่วมกับยา domperidone 5 มิลลิกรัมต่อน้ำหนักปลา 1 กิโลกรัม ในเพศผู้และเพศเมียใช้อัตราส่วนผสมพันธุ์เพศผู้ต่อเพศเมียเท่า 1 : 1 ผลการศึกษาพบว่าความสมบูรณ์ปลาเพศเมียมีปริมาณไข่ 500-1500 ฟอง ดัชนีการเจริญพันธุ์ของเพศผู้และเพศเมียร้อยละ 2-3 และ 4-5 สำหรับการเพาะพันธุ์ปลาพบว่าระดับสารสังเคราะห์ที่ใช้สามารถกระตุ้นให้ปลาวางไข่และมีการปฏิสนธิ ระยะเวลาวางไข่หลังได้รับสารสังเคราะห์เฉลี่ย 8.20±0.25 ชั่วโมง อัตราการฟักร้อยละ 80 และระยะเวลาพัฒนาของไข่จนฟักเป็นตัวใช้เวลา 17.15±1.65 ชั่วโมง

Breeding biology of Rasbora paviei (Tirant, 1885)

The purpose of this study was to maturity and spawning induction of Rasbora paviei (Tirant, 1885) by single injecting 15 micrograms buserelin /kg body weight in combination with 5 milligrams domperidone/kg were concurrent in male and female. Sex ratio of male and female was breeding as 1:1. The results indicated that maturity of female was actually counted eggs, 500-1500. The Gonadosomatic index was found in both male and female as 2-3 % and 4-5%. The concentration of buserelin in combination with domperidone was effective for inducing spawning of R. paviei. Spawning periods was 8.20±0.25 hours after injection. The hatching rate and hatch out periods was 80 % and 17.15±1.65 hours.
