สภาพ ปัญหา และแนวทางพัฒนาการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราชการศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยการสำรวจสภาพและปัญหาจากอาจารย์และคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 37 คน

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 71.9 มีอายุระหว่าง 30 - 39 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.1 จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาโท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 71.9 มีประสบการณ์ในการสอนและปฏิบัติงาน ระหว่าง 1 - 5 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46.9 มีสถานภาพรับราชการ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 34.4 สภาพและปัญหาการดำ เนินงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของคณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช มี 10 องค์ประกอบ มีข้อค้นพบสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) ด้านปรัชญา ปณิธาน วัตถุประสงค์ และแผนการดำเนินการ 2) ด้านการเรียนการสอน 3) ด้านกิจกรรมการพัฒนานักศึกษา 4) ด้านการวิจัย 5) ด้านการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคม 6) ด้านการทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม 7) ด้านการบริหารและจัดการ 8) ด้านการเงินและงบประมาณ 9) ด้านระบบกลไกการประกันคุณภาพ และ 10) ด้านองค์ประกอบตามนโยบายของรัฐ “สถานศึกษา 3 ดี (3D)” โดยรวมมีสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน

Problems and development guidelines for quality assurance of Faculty of Industrial Technology Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University

This research aimed to: 1) study the quality assurance of the Faculty of Industrial Technology, Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University; 2) study the problems of quality assurance of the Faculty the of Industrial Technology, Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University; and 3) study ways of developing quality assurance of the Faculty the of industrial technology, Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University. It was a case study of the Faculty of Industrial Technology, Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University. This study was a survey research. The data were collected by studying the conditions and problems from 37 teachers and quality assurance committee of the Faculty of Industrial Technology, Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University. The first three major problems were summarized. The total of 5 experts were Interviewed to develop guidelines for quality assurance. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation.

The results showed that most respondents were male (71.9 percent), aged between 30 to 39 years (53.1 percent), with master’s degrees (71.9 percent), they had teaching experience between 1-5 years (46.9 percent) with the official status (34.4 percent), the state and problems of implementation of quality assurance of the Faculty of Industrial Technology, Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University. included 10 elements. The findings can be summarized as follows: 1) the philosophy, mission, objectives, and action plan; 2) the teaching and learning; 3) activities, student development; 4) research 5) academic service to society ; 6) cultural fostering; 7) the administration; 8) financial and budget; 9) system quality assurance mechanism; and 10) the elements of state policy, 3D school (3D). The overall condition and problems of operating in all aspects were at a moderate level.
