Abstract
This research aims to study the efficiency of the drying oven drying of fish using solar electric co and to compare the internal and external heat oven dried fish. The results showed that Efficacy in the drying of fish drying oven is powered by solar electricity Drying most effective compared to dry naturally. Use the oven light and solar energy alone and heat drying cabinet has more power than the outside air drying which can be dried faster drying oven solar energy and drying with natural methods. The experiments in drying efficiency of the drying oven fish. Found Oven-dry fish by solar electric co fish has a weight of 567.6 grams of experiments conducted at seven hours . Compared with oven dried fish using solar energy. Green and airing fish has a weight of 672.6 grams of trials and 808.8 grams respectively and the moisture content was 0.34 percent, 0.49 percent and 0.60 percent respectively. The effective drying of fish using solar power together can shorten the drying of fish.
