ผลของสารสกัดจากผักหวาน (Sauropus androgynus (Linn.) Merr.) ผักชีลาว (Anethum graveolens Linn.) และย่านาง (Tiliacora triandra Diels.) ต่อการควบคุมการงอกและ การเจริญเติบโตของไมยราบเครือ (Mimosa invisa Mart. Ex Colla.) และกระถิน (Leucaena leucocephala)

บทคัดย่อ

วัชพืชจัดเป็นปัญหาสำคัญในการผลิตพืช อัลลีโลพาธีเป็นกลไกทางธรรมชาติของพืช ซึ่งมีผลต่อการงอกและการเจริญเติบโตของพืชชนิดอื่น ดังนั้น วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยนี้เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบทางเคมีของผักหวาน ผักชีลาวและย่านาง และประสิทธิภาพของสารสกัดต่อการงอก และการเจริญเติบโตของไมยราบเครือ และกระถิน โดยนำพืชทั้ง 3 ชนิด มาสกัดด้วยเอทานอล 70 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ระเหยตัวทำละลาย โดยใช้เครื่องระเหยสารภายใต้ความดันต่ำ และนำไปทำให้แห้งด้วยเครื่องทำแห้งแบบแช่เยือกแข็ง จากนั้นนำสารสกัดที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาสารสำคัญด้วยเครื่องแก๊ส โครมาโทรกราฟี-แมสสเปคโทรมิเตอร์ ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบทางเคมีของสารสกัดผักหวาน ผักชีลาว และย่านางพบสาร Ethyl linolenate (16.14%) Phytol isomer (7.73%) และ Phytol (24.22%) มากที่สุด ตามลำดับ สารสกัดจากผักหวาน ความเข้มข้น 30 มิลลิกรัมต่อมิลลิลิตร สามารถยับยั้งการงอกของเมล็ดไมยราบเครือได้ 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) สารสกัดจากผักชีลาว ความเข้มข้น 30 มิลลิกรัมต่อมิลลิลิตร สามารถยับยั้งการงอก ของเมล็ดกระถินได้ 73 เปอร์เซ็นต์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) สารสกัดพืชทั้ง 3 ชนิด
ที่ความเข้มข้น 30 มิลลิกรัม ต่อมิลลิลิตร มีประสิทธิภาพในการยับยั้งการเจริญเติบโตของไมยราบเครือ เท่ากับ 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05)  สารสกัดผักชีลาว ที่ความเข้มข้น 30 มิลลิกรัมต่อมิลลิลิตร มีประสิทธิภาพในการยับยั้งการเจริญเติบโตของยอดและรากกระถินได้ดีที่สุด เท่ากับ 92 และ 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ตามลำดับ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) ดังนั้นสรุปได้ว่าสารสกัดจากพืชทั้ง 3 ชนิด สามารถยับยั้งการงอก และการเจริญเติบโตของไมยราบเครือ และกระถินได้
