บทคัดย่อ

This research aims to create and evaluate the performance of a Semi-automatic Coconut peeling machine hydraulics system with the program mabel logic. The machine-specific features It was height 210 cm. Width 80 cm., Weight 75 kg., Blade length 10 cm., and maximum stroke cylinder 30 cm. Operated by hydraulic pump AC 220 Volt 750 Watt. The capacity of 10 liters. The 2 double-acting cylinders of 2.54 cm. diameter with a flow rate of 0.1383 LPS and speed of 4.2 m s^-1 Use PLC as the control device of the system. the coconut of 100 nuts. was used for testing Average coconut diameter 18 cm., height 25 cm., peeling speed was 13 s/nut., capacity was 280 nut h^-1 coconut peels remained stuck in the machine for less than 20% and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) 96.75% Factors affecting to capacity is diameter and speed has a correlation coefficient 0.997 Tolerance for coconut peeling ability is ± 1.442 nut h^-1 The break-even point period was 79.6 h year^-1  and when operate at  1.6 months.
