Author Guidelines

Types of Articles
Articles published in the journal are of three types:
• Research paper: A report of experimental results leading to new knowledge or innovation, successfully conducted and fully documented according to research methodology.
• Research note: A report of experimental results focusing on specific findings by the researcher, but not yet complete.
• Review paper: A report compiling, reviewing, and synthesizing past research on a particular topic, incorporating the author's attitudes, experiences, or opinions on the subject.

Article Length
• Research paper: Should not exceed 10 typeset pages.
• Research note: Should not exceed 5 typeset pages.
• Review paper: Should not exceed 10 typeset pages.

Printing Fees
Authors whose articles are accepted for publication in the journal must pay a printing fee of 300 baht per page. The editorial board will provide details on how to pay the fee once the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

*The editorial board reserves the right not to consider manuscripts until they have been formally accepted. The manuscript will be prepared according to the description in the Author Guidelines using the manuscript template provided by the editorial board.

1. Manuscript Template

Authors must thoroughly understand the manuscript template and manuscript example provided by the editorial board. The styles of all sections of the template have been adjusted to comply with the page layout requirements of this document. Authors should prepare the manuscript using the template and set the styles of all sections of the manuscript to match the template.

2. Layout and Font

The manuscript should use A4 paper with mirror margins (margins for bookbinding). The top and bottom margins should be 2.0 cm, the outer margin 1.5 cm, and the inner margin 2.5 cm. The TH SarabunPSK font should be used throughout the manuscript.

3. Identifying the Article Type

Authors must indicate the article type in the upper right corner of the first page as a research article, abstract, or review article (see the original template).

4. Headings

The headings will be in both Thai and English and include:

Article Title: Use 16pt bold font, Thai distributed formatting. The title should be short, concise, and specific to the content of the work.
Author's Name and Surname: Use 14pt bold font, Thai distributed formatting. Do not use titles. Use commas between authors' names. Indicate the affiliation in superscript font after each author's name, and indicate the person responsible for the article with an asterisk. The editorial board will assume that all authors whose names appear in the manuscript have read and agreed to the content.
Affiliation and Address: Use 12pt regular font, Thai distributed formatting. Indicate the affiliation in superscript font, followed by the name of the affiliation and address (province and postal code).
Include the telephone, fax, and email addresses of the person responsible for the article.

5. Abstract

Thai articles must have both Thai and English abstracts, with the Thai abstract preceding the English abstract. The abstract should be formatted in one column, using Thai alignment, 14pt font, and a 1.0 cm indentation on the first line. The abstract should be concise (no more than 250 words), covering the objectives, methods, results, key findings, and conclusion.

6. Keywords

At the end of the abstract, list 3-5 keywords using 14pt font. Use commas to separate Thai and English keywords. For English keywords, capitalize the first letter of each word.

7. Main Body

The main body should be formatted in two columns, each 8.25 cm wide and 0.5 cm indentation, using Thai alignment. Subheadings should be numbered and bolded, e.g., “1 Introduction” (followed by 1.1 in italics, 1.1.1 in bold and italics, ...). Indent 0.5 cm on the first line of each paragraph, and use 14pt font throughout the body, except for the references list. In the references section, use a 0.5 cm hanging paragraph indentation.

The text should include the following sections:

Introduction: Should include a relevant literature review, outlining the problem's background and the significance of the research. The introduction should clearly state the objectives and scope of the work.
Materials and Methods: The materials and methods section should be descriptive, not a simple list. Explanations should be step-by-step and detailed enough for interested readers to replicate the experiments. Methods that are well-known in the field, standard, or previously published should be cited without further explanation. Mentioning trade names of equipment for scientific accuracy is acceptable, but should not imply endorsement or sponsorship of any particular manufacturer.
Results and Discussion: The results should be analyzed and synthesized, not raw data. They should be presented in a sequence consistent with the descriptions in the materials and methods section. The results should be interpreted and discussed in a principled manner with clear supporting data. Comparisons with similar previously published research may be included, and suggestions for future related research may be offered.
Conclusions: A summary of the key findings from the research. It should be short, concise, and not overly detailed.
