ผลของวัสดุหลบซ่อนต่างชนิดต่อการเจริญเติบโตและอัตรารอด ของลูกปลาบู่ทรายวัยรุ่น

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาผลของวัสดุหลบซ่อนต่างชนิดต่อการเจริญเติบโต และอัตรารอดของลูกปลาบู่ทรายวัยรุ่น วางแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มสมบูรณ์ (CRD) 4 ชุดการทดลองๆ ละ 3 ซ้ำ อนุบาลลูกปลา (3.13 ± 0.02 ซม./ตัว หรือ 0.32 ± 0.01 ก./ตัว) ด้วยวัสดุหลบซ่อนแตกต่างกัน (ไม่ใส่วัสดุหลบซ่อน, ใช้เชือกฟาง, ใช้แผงไข่พลาสติก และใช้ท่อพีวีซี) ในกระชังขนาด 1 x 1 x 1 ม.จำนวน 100 ตัวต่อกระชัง ให้อาหารสำเร็จรูปบดระดับโปรตีน 40% อัตราการให้อาหารเท่ากับ 5 %/นน.ตัว ทดลองนาน 60 วัน เมื่อสิ้นสุดการทดลอง พบว่า ลูกปลาบู่ทรายวัยรุ่นที่อนุบาลแบบใช้แผงไข่พลาสติกเป็นวัสดุหลบซ่อนมีความยาวเมื่อสิ้นสุดการทดลอง (3.48 ± 0.04 ซม./ตัว) ความยาวที่เพิ่มขึ้น (0.38 ± 0.02 ซม./ตัว) น้ำหนักเมื่อสิ้นสุดการทดลอง (0.51 ± 0.02 ก./ตัว) น้ำหนักที่เพิ่มขึ้น (0.20 ± 0.01 ก./ตัว) ร้อยละของน้ำหนักเพิ่มขึ้น (64.93 ± 4.24 %) อัตราการเจริญเติบโตจำเพาะ(0.83 ± 0.04 %/วัน) อัตราการเปลี่ยนอาหารเป็นเนื้อ (5.19 ± 0.14) และอัตรารอด (94.33 ± 0.67 %) ดีกว่าลูกปลาบู่ทรายวัยรุ่นในกลุ่มอื่นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (P < 0.05) แต่ไม่แตกต่างกับลูกปลาที่อนุบาลแบบใช้วัสดุหลบซ่อนเป็นท่อพีวีซี (P > 0.05) คุณภาพน้ำในการตลอดระยะเวลาศึกษา ได้แก่ อุณหภูมิ pH ปริมาณออกซิเจนที่ละลายในน้ำ และแอมโมเนียรวม พบว่าอยู่ในช่วงที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ ผลการศึกษานี้ แสดงให้เห็นแผงไข่พลาสติกและท่อพีวีซีเป็นวัสดุหลบซ่อนที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการเลี้ยงปลาบู่ทรายวัยรุ่น
