การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของน้ำยาสกัดในการตรวจวิเคราะห์ฟอสฟอรัสที่เป็นประโยชน์ในดินและการตอบสนองต่อข้าวปทุมธานี 1

บทคัดย่อ

ปริมาณฟอสฟอรัสที่เป็นประโยชน์ในดินปลูกข้าวผันแปรตามชนิดของน้ำยาสกัด สมบัติดิน และการตอบสนองของพืช งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพของน้ำยาสกัดฟอสฟอรัสชนิดต่าง ๆ ต่อปริมาณฟอสฟอรัสที่สกัดได้และการตอบสนองต่ออัตราปุ๋ยฟอสฟอรัสของข้าวปทุมธานี 1 เพื่อสร้างสมการคาดคะเนอัตราปุ๋ยฟอสฟอรัสตามค่าวิเคราะห์ดิน โดยทำการศึกษา 1) ประสิทธิภาพของน้ำยาสกัดฟอสฟอรัส ได้แก่ Mehlich 1, Mehlich 3, Bray 1, Bray 2, CaCl2 และ BSES เพื่อนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปสร้างสมการคาดคะเนผลผลิต 2) ผลของปุ๋ยฟอสฟอรัสต่อผลผลิตข้าวปทุมธานี 1 โดยทำการศึกษาใน 3 ชุดดิน ได้แก่ ชุดดินท่าเรือ เสนา และอยุธยา ผลการทดลองพบว่า น้ำยาสกัด Bray 2 ให้ปริมาณฟอสฟอรัสที่สกัดได้เฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด (16.62 มก./กก.) และพบสหสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญระหว่างความเข้มข้นและการดูดใช้ฟอสฟอรัสในเมล็ดข้าวปทุมธานี 1 กับน้ำยาสกัด Bray 1 และ Bray 2 เท่านั้น โดยน้ำยาสกัด Bray 2 ให้ค่าสหสัมพันธ์เชิงเส้นกับฟอสฟอรัสในเมล็ดสูงสุด (r =0.914**) รองลงมาคือน้ำยาสกัด Bray 1 (r =0.727**) การให้ปุ๋ยฟอสฟอรัสอัตราต่าง ๆ ทำให้ผลผลิตข้าวปทุมธานี 1 ไม่มีความแตกต่างทางสถิติ (p>0.05) เมื่อแทนค่าปริมาณฟอสฟอรัสที่สกัดได้จากน้ำยาสกัดทั้ง 2 ชนิด (b) และอัตราปุ๋ยฟอสฟอรัส (x) ในสมการ Mitscherlich Bray เพื่อคาดคะเนผลผลิต (y) ของข้าวปทุมธานี 1 พบว่าน้ำยาสกัด Bray 1 ให้ค่าสหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผลผลิตจริงกับผลผลิตทำนายสูงสุด (R2 =0.847**) โดยสมการที่ได้คือ log (100-y) = 2-0.116b-0.139x เป็นสมการที่คาดคะเนอัตราปุ๋ยฟอสฟอรัสโดยการวิเคราะห์ดินที่จำเพาะต่อดินปลูกข้าวปทุมธานี 1 ในพื้นที่จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยามากกว่าน้ำยาสกัดชนิดอื่น ๆ
