Notification Regarding the Requirement for Two Expert Reviewers for Article Evaluation

          Effective 27 November 2025, all manuscripts submitted to the YRU Journal of Science and Technology (YRUJST) that pass the initial screening are evaluated by at least two qualified expert reviewers through a double-blind peer review process. This requirement is in line with the criteria of the Thai-Journal Citation Index (TCI) Centre and supports the Announcement of the Civil Service Commission in Higher Education Institutions on Criteria and Procedures for Appointment to the Positions of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor (No. 3), B.E. 2568 (2025), under which articles published in TCI Tier 1 journals are recognized for academic promotion.
