ผลของรูปแบบยีน cGH, IGF-I, VIPR-1 และ PRL ต่อลักษณะการเจริญเติบโตในไก่ขาวค้ำคูณ

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ตรวจหารูปแบบของยีน cGH, IGF-I, PRL และ VIPR-1 และความสัมพันธ์ของรูปแบบยีนต่อน้ำหนักตัว, อัตราการเจริญเติบโตเฉลี่ยต่อวัน, รอบอก และความกว้างอก ในไก่ขาวค้ำคูณ จำนวน 511 ตัวอย่าง หาความหลากหลายทางพันธุกรรมของยีน cGH, IGF-I, และ VIPR-1 โดยใช้เทคนิค PCR-RFLP ยีน PRL ใช้เทคนิค AS-PCR วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้ Proc GLM ผลการศึกษาพบประชากรไก่ที่ศึกษามีความถี่จีโนไทป์ของยีน cGH คือ AA, AG, และ GG มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.098, 0.528 และ 0.378 ตามลำดับ ความถี่จีโนไทป์ของยีน IGF-I คือ AA, AC และ CC มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.235, 0.485 และ 0.280 ตามลำดับ ความถี่จีโนไทป์ของยีน VIPR-1 คือ CC, CT และ TT มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.229, 0.148 และ 0.623 ตามลำดับ และความถี่จีโนไทป์ของยีน PRL คือ II, ID และ DD เท่ากับ 0.008, 0.104 และ 0.888 ตามลำดับ การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์พบความสัมพันธ์รูปแบบจีโนไทป์ของยีน cGH, IGF-I และ PRL กับลักษณะการเจริญเติบโตในไก่ขาวค้ำคูณ (P<0.05) โดยยีน cGH พบกลุ่มไก่ที่มีจีโนไทป์ AA มีน้ำหนักแรกเกิดสูงสุด (39.51 ± 0.85 กรัม) เมื่อเทียบในกลุ่มจีโนไทป์ AG (39.02 ± 0.69 กรัม) และ GG (37.90 ± 0.71 กรัม) ยีน IGF-I พบกลุ่มไก่ที่มีจีโนไทป์ AC มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้ำหนักตัวไก่, รอบอก และ อัตราการเจริญเติบโตเฉลี่ยต่อวันที่ 10 สัปดาห์สูงสุด (1,843.46 ± 40.02 กรัม, 28.93 ± 0.42 ซม. และ 25.62 ± 0.34 กรัม) เมื่อเทียบในกลุ่มจีโนไทป์ AA (1,814.42 ± 44.26 กรัม, 28.31 ± 0.47 ซม. และ 25.28 ± 0.42 กรัม) และ CC (1,748.52 ± 43.17 กรัม, 28.31 ± 0.46 ซม. และ 24.32 ± 0.38 กรัม) ตามลำดับ ยีน PRL พบกลุ่มไก่ที่มีจีโนไทป์ ID มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้ำหนักตัวไก่ที่ 6 และ 8 สัปดาห์สูงสุด (966.71 ± 40.32 กรัม, 1,537.79 ± 56.86 กรัม) เมื่อเทียบในกลุ่มจีโนไทป์ DD (825.41 ± 16.48 กรัม, 1,388.15 ± 23.25 กรัม) ในไก่ขาวค้ำคูณ แต่จากการศึกษาไม่พบความสัมพันธ์รูปแบบจีโนไทป์ของยีน VIPR-1 กับลักษณะการเจริญเติบโต (P>0.05) ในไก่ขาวค้ำคูณ การศึกษาครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่ายีน cGH และ IGF-I น่าจะมีบทบาทเกี่ยวข้องกับลักษณะการเจริญเติบโต ดังนั้นรูปแบบจีโนไทป์ของทั้ง 2 มีศักยภาพในการพัฒนาเป็นเครื่องหมายทางพันธุกรรมสำหรับการปรับปรุงการเจริญเติบโตในไก่ขาวค้ำคูณ
