Reviewer Ethics

Reviewers, who must be suitably qualified experts, have the responsibility to assess the quality of submitted papers in a fair and verifiable way. They must conduct all peer review processes on a purely academic basis, doing so without any conflicts of interest. Furthermore, during the review process, the reviewers must not publicize information related to the submissions.

The submitted papers must be assessed by at least two reviewers and the reviews must gain the editorial board's approval. The journal uses a double-blind peer review system in which reviewers do not know who writes the papers and the authors do not know who the reviewers are. The reviewers must not be affiliated with the authors’ institutions.
