ความต้องการวิธีการส่งเสริมการทำสวนปาล์มน้ำมันของเกษตรกร ผู้ปลูกปาล์มน้ำมันรายย่อยในจังหวัดสตูล

ทุนมนุษย์มีส่วนสำคัญในการจัดการการผลิต การตลาด และปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในการทำสวนปาล์มน้ำมัน การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการวิธีการส่งเสริมการทำสวนปาล์มน้ำมันของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกปาล์มน้ำมันรายย่อยในจังหวัดสตูล รวบรวมข้อมูลปฐมภูมิด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงโครงสร้าง การสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม การสนทนาตามธรรมชาติ และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกปาล์มน้ำมัน รายย่อยจำนวน 387 ราย ซึ่งใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบผสานวิธี การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาที่ปรากฏ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า วิธีการส่งเสริมการทำสวนปาล์มน้ำมันที่เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกปาล์มน้ำมันรายย่อยต้องการในระดับมาก ได้แก่ การสอนโดยเกษตรกรต้นแบบ (วิธีการแบบกลุ่ม) การเยี่ยมเยียนสวนปาล์มน้ำมัน (วิธีการแบบรายบุคคล) การฝึกปฏิบัติ (วิธีการแบบกลุ่ม) การบรรยาย (วิธีการแบบกลุ่ม) และการแจกคู่มือ/เอกสาร (วิธีการแบบมวลชน) ผลการวิจัยที่ได้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องสำหรับนำไปใช้ประกอบการกำหนดวิธีการส่งเสริมการเกษตรที่เหมาะสมต่อไป
