คัพภะและพัฒนาการของลูกปลาก้างพระร่วง (Kryptopterus vitreolus, Ng and Kottelat, 2013)

การศึกษาคัพภะและพัฒนาการของลูกปลาก้างพระร่วงวัยอ่อน ที่ได้จากการเพาะพันธุ์โดยวิธีผสมเทียม ดำเนินการที่ศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาประมงน้ำจืดพิษณุโลก ระหว่างเดือนกันยายน ถึงเดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2561 การศึกษาเริ่มจากไข่ปฏิสนธิจนกระทั่งฟักออกเป็นตัว และศึกษาพัฒนาการและการเปลี่ยนแปลงลักษณะภายนอกของ ลูกปลาก้างพระร่วง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ไข่ปลาก้างพระร่วง มีลักษณะกลม สีเหลืองใส เป็นไข่จมติด มีขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 0.75-0.85 มม. พัฒนาการของคัพภะในระยะต่างๆ หลังการปฏิสนธิ สรุปได้ดังนี้ ระยะ Cleavage ใช้เวลา 2.20 ชม. ระยะ Morula ใช้เวลา 3.50 ชม. ระยะ Blastula ใช้เวลา 7.00 ชม. ระยะ Gastrula ใช้เวลา 10.00 ชม. ระยะ Somite ใช้เวลา 15.15 ชม. และลูกปลาใช้เวลาฟักเป็นตัว 21.30 ชม. ที่อุณหภูมิน้ำ 25.3-26.7oซ. ลูกปลาแรกฟักมีความยาว 2.5 มม. มีถุงไข่แดงขนาดใหญ่ ลูกปลาก้างพระร่วง อายุ 6 ชม. มีความยาว 2.8 มม. อายุ 1 วัน มีความยาว 4.7 มม. อายุ 3 วัน ถุงไข่แดงยุบหมด มีความยาว 5.7 มม. อายุ 5 วัน มีความยาว 6.9 มม. และอายุ 10 วัน มีความยาว 7.8 มม.
