ชนิดและสัดส่วนของปูเศรษฐกิจที่ได้จากการทำประมงพื้นบ้านบริเวณท่าเทียบเรือบ้านทอน อำเภอเมืองนราธิวาส จังหวัดนราธิวาส และท่าเทียบเรือบ้านป่าไหม้ อำเภอไม้แก่น จังหวัดปัตตานี

การศึกษาชนิดและสัดส่วนของปูเศรษฐกิจที่ได้จากการทำประมง บริเวณท่าเทียบเรือประมงพื้นบ้านบ้านทอน ตำบลโคกเคียน อำเภอเมืองนราธิวาส จังหวัดนราธิวาส และบริเวณท่าเทียบเรือประมงพื้นบ้านบ้าน ป่าไหม้ ตำบลดอนทราย อำเภอไม้แก่น จังหวัดปัตตานี ระหว่างเดือนมีนาคม-พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2562 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ทั้ง 2 แหล่งท่าเทียบเรือประมงพื้นบ้านพบปูเศรษฐกิจในวงศ์ Portunidae ทั้งสิ้น 4 ชนิดได้แก่ ปูม้า (Portunus pelagicus) ปูลายหรือปูม้ากางเขน (Charybdis feriatus) ปูดาวหรือปูม้าสามจุด (Portunus sanguinolentus) และปูทะเล (Scylla spp.) ส่วนผลการศึกษาสัดส่วนของปูเศรษฐกิจพบว่า ที่บ้านทอน พบปูม้า (P. pelagicus) ปูลาย (C. feriatus) ปูดาว (P. sanguinolentus) และปูทะเล (Scylla spp.) ร้อยละ 62.39, 28.54, 8.76 และ 0.29 ตามลำดับ สำหรับที่บ้านป่าไหม้พบปูม้า (P. pelagicus) ปูลาย (C. feriatus) ปูดาว (P. sanguinolentus) และปูทะเล (Scylla spp.) ร้อยละ 58.82, 20.18, 19.94 และ 1.04 ตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ยังทำการศึกษากิจกรรมการทำประมงบริเวณท่าเทียบเรือประมงพื้นบ้านบ้านทอน ตำบลโคกเคียน อำเภอเมืองนราธิวาส จังหวัดนราธิวาส และบริเวณท่าเทียบเรือประมงพื้นบ้านบ้านป่าไหม้ ตำบล ดอนทราย อำเภอไม้แก่น จังหวัดปัตตานี ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ทั้ง 2 พื้นที่พบเครื่องมือประมงที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ อวน และลอบ สำหรับชาวประมงจากทั้ง 2 แหล่งท่าเทียบเรือ มีรายได้จากการจำหน่ายสัตว์น้ำที่ได้จากการประมงพื้นบ้านเฉลี่ย 1,311+128 บาทต่อวัน
