ต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนจากการปลูกข้าวนาปีของเกษตรกร โครงการระบบส่งเสริมการเกษตรแบบแปลงใหญ่ อำเภอแม่ใจ จังหวัดพะเยา

การศึกษาต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนจากการปลูกข้าวนาปี ของเกษตรกรโครงการระบบส่งเสริมการเกษตรแบบแปลงใหญ่ อำเภอแม่ใจ จังหวัดพะเยา ทำการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 20 ราย ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมีโครงสร้าง จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างตามความสะดวก (Convenience sampling) เก็บข้อมูลของฤดูกาลเพาะปลูกปี 2562 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์อัตราส่วนทางการเงิน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การปลูกข้าวนาปีมีต้นทุนการผลิตรวมเฉลี่ย 2,840.22 บาทต่อไร่ กำไรสุทธิเฉลี่ย 2,742.01 บาทต่อไร่ อัตราส่วนกำไรขั้นต้น (GPM) ร้อยละ 49.97 อัตรากำไรสุทธิ (NPM) ร้อยละ 48.29 และอัตราผลตอบแทนจากสินทรัพย์ (ROA) ร้อยละ 60.39 โครงสร้างต้นทุนการปลูกข้าวนาปี ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ ต้นทุนวัตถุดิบทางตรง ร้อยละ 6.18 ต้นทุนแรงงานทางตรง ร้อยละ 29.13 และต้นทุนค่าใช้จ่ายการผลิตร้อยละ 64.69
