การออกแบบและพัฒนาเครื่องวัดความแน่นเนื้อแบบพกพาพร้อมระบบแสดงกราฟแบบเรียลไทม์สำหรับผลิตผลเกษตร

บทคัดย่อ
เครื่องต้นแบบของเครื่องมือวัดความแน่นเนื้อแบบพกพาได้รับการออกแบบและพัฒนาเพื่อให้มีสมรรถนะเทียบเท่ากับเครื่องมือมาตรฐานที่มีราคาสูง โดยการควบคุมความเร็ว มุม และความลึกของการกดให้คงที่ การทำงานของระบบต่าง ๆ ภายในตัวเครื่อง ได้แก่ มอเตอร์ การวัดระยะ การวัดแรง การบันทึกข้อมูล และการเชื่อมต่อไร้สายผ่านระบบบลูทูท ถูกควบคุมผ่านไมโครคอนโทรลเลอร์ เครื่องต้นแบบมีน้ำหนัก 3 กิโลกรัม สามารถวัดค่าความแน่นเนื้อได้สูงสุด 90 นิวตัน และแสดงค่าของการวัดแบบเรียลไทม์ในรูปแบบของกราฟความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างค่าแรงและระยะในการกดผ่านแอปพลิเคชันบนมือถือรวมถึงบันทึกค่าลงในการ์ดหน่วยความจำสำหรับจัดเก็บข้อมูล การทดสอบความเร็วการเคลื่อนที่ของหัวกดเมื่อรับแรงต้านที่ปลายหัวกด ตั้งแต่ 0 ถึง 90 นิวตัน พบว่าความเร็วการเคลื่อนของหัวกดมีค่าลดลงจาก 29.87 ถึง 29.15 มิลลิเมตรต่อนาที สำหรับการทดสอบสมรรถนะของเครื่องต้นแบบเปรียบเทียบกับเครื่อง Universal Testing Machine (UTM) เป็นการนำค่าความแน่นเนื้อที่ได้จากเครื่องมือทั้งสอง เปรียบเทียบกับค่าอ้างอิงที่วัดจากเครื่อง UTM เพื่อหาค่าความคลาดเคลื่อน การทดสอบนี้ใช้แอปเปิลพันธุ์ฟูจิ แอปเปิลพันธุ์แกรนนี่สมิธ และฟักเขียว เป็นตัวอย่างในการทดสอบในการวัดค่าความแน่นเนื้อ พบว่า การใช้เครื่องต้นแบบมีค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนเฉลี่ย 1.35, 1.15 และ 2.26 นิวตัน สำหรับแอปเปิลพันธุ์ฟูจิ แอปเปิลพันธุ์แกรนนี่สมิธ และฟักเขียว ตามลำดับ และการใช้เครื่อง UTM มีค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 1.32, 1.15 และ 2.14 นิวตัน สำหรับแอปเปิลพันธุ์ฟูจิ แอปเปิลพันธุ์แกรนนี่สมิธ และฟักเขียว ตามลำดับ และในการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติด้วยวิธี paired sample t-test พบว่าเครื่องต้นแบบและเครื่อง UTM มีค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนของการวัดไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% สำหรับการวัดค่าความแน่นเนื้อในตัวอย่างทั้ง 3 ชนิด
