ความสัมพันธ์และประสิทธิภาพในการทำนายค่า ECe จากค่า EC 1:5 ด้วยเครื่องมือราคาประหยัดในการประเมินความเค็มของดิน

บทคัดย่อ
วิธีมาตรฐานในการประเมินความเค็มของดิน คือ การวัดค่าสภาพการนำไฟฟ้าของสารสกัดดินอิ่มตัวด้วยน้ำ (ECe) ซึ่งมีความยุ่งยาก หากมีวิธีการวัดค่า EC ที่สะดวก และสามารถจำแนกระดับความเค็มของดินได้จะเป็นทางเลือกสำหรับเกษตรกรในการติดตามคุณภาพดินเค็ม งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบวิธีการวัดค่า EC ระหว่างวิธี ECe กับวิธี EC 1:5 จากห้องปฏิบัติการ (EC 1:5 Lab) เครื่องวัด EC แบบพกพาราคาประหยัด (EC 1:5 pen-type) และชุดตรวจสอบ EC ภาคสนาม (EC test kit) ศึกษาดินที่มีผลกระทบจากเกลือในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของประเทศไทย จำนวน 32 บริเวณ รวม 194 ตัวอย่าง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ค่า EC 1:5 Lab และ EC 1:5 pen-type สามารถทำนาย ECe ด้วยสมการถดถอยเชิงเส้นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ให้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การกำหนด (R²) เท่ากับ 0.82 และ 0.83 ตามลำดับ สำหรับ ค่า EC 1:5 pen-type สามารถทำนาย ECe ด้วยสมการถดถอยเชิงเส้น ความแม่นยำของการทำนายอยู่ในระดับสูงในช่วงดินเค็มน้อยถึงปานกลาง (ECe <4 dS/m) มีค่า Residual ใกล้ศูนย์ (-1.93 ถึง 5.87 dS/m) และลดลงเมื่อความเค็มของดินสูงขึ้น (ECe >4 dS/m) มีค่า residual ระหว่าง -4.47 ถึง 6.26 dS/m โดยในดินเค็มสูงพบการประเมินต่ำกว่าค่าจริง แนะนำให้ทำการสอบเทียบเครื่องวัด EC แบบพกพาราคาประหยัดด้วยสารละลายมาตรฐานก่อนการใช้งานทุกครั้ง สำหรับ EC test kit ให้ผลเป็นข้อมูลเชิงกลุ่มที่ไม่ต่อเนื่องจึงไม่เหมาะสำหรับการทำนายค่า ECe เชิงปริมาณ แต่สามารถใช้เป็นเครื่องมือภาคสนามเพื่อจำแนกดินเค็มเบื้องต้นในระดับที่ยอมรับได้ ความถูกต้องในการจำแนกระดับความเค็มของดินเท่ากับ 88.14% เมื่อเทียบกับค่า ECe จากห้องปฏิบัติการ
