การตรวจจับผีเสื้อหนอนเจาะเมล็ดทุเรียนในสกุล Mudaria ด้วยการเรียนรู้เชิงลึกโมเดล YOLOv4-Tiny สำหรับระบบเฝ้าระวังศัตรูพืชอัจฉริยะ

บทคัดย่อ

       ผีเสื้อหนอนเจาะเมล็ดทุเรียน (Mudaria spp.) เป็นศัตรูพืชสำคัญที่สร้างความเสียหายรุนแรงต่อการส่งออกทุเรียนไทย เนื่องจากตัวอ่อนกัดกินภายในเมล็ดทำให้ยากต่อการตรวจพบ การพัฒนาระบบเฝ้าระวังตัวเต็มวัยที่แม่นยำจึงเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของการจัดการศัตรูพืชเชิงบูรณาการ งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบจำลองการเรียนรู้เชิงลึกด้วย YOLOv4-tiny สำหรับตรวจจับผีเสื้อหนอนเจาะเมล็ดทุเรียน เพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในระบบเฝ้าระวังศัตรูพืชอัจฉริยะ การศึกษาดำเนินการฝึกสอนแบบจำลองด้วยชุดข้อมูลภาพที่ผ่านกระบวนการเพิ่มจำนวนข้อมูล จนมีจำนวนทั้งหมด 6,437 ภาพ และประเมินผลด้วยชุดข้อมูลทดสอบ 332 ภาพ แบ่งเป็น 3 กรณี ได้แก่ (1) ชุดภาพจากสภาพจริง (2) ชุดภาพจากฐานข้อมูล iNaturalist และ (3) ชุดภาพรวมทั้งหมด โดยกำหนดค่าความเชื่อมั่นที่ร้อยละ 85 และประเมินด้วยตัวชี้วัด Accuracy, Precision, Recall และ F1-score ผลการศึกษาพบว่าแบบจำลอง YOLOv4-tiny มีประสิทธิภาพสูงยิ่งในการตรวจจับตัวเต็มวัยของ Mudaria spp. โดยในการทดสอบทั้ง 3 กรณี ไม่พบการตรวจจับผิดพลาด (False Positive = 0) ส่งผลให้ค่า Precision เท่ากับ 1.000 ในทุกชุดข้อมูล สำหรับชุดภาพจากสภาพจริงให้ค่า Accuracy และ Recall ที่ 0.920 ขณะที่ชุดภาพจาก iNaturalist ให้ประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดสมบูรณ์ในทุกตัวชี้วัด (1.000) ส่วนชุดภาพรวมทั้งหมดมีค่า Accuracy 0.958 และ F1-score 0.979 ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่าแบบจำลองที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีศักยภาพสูงในการจำแนกแมลงเป้าหมายท่ามกลางสภาพแวดล้อมที่แตกต่างกัน และสามารถนำไปบูรณาการร่วมกับแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลเพื่อการแจ้งเตือนล่วงหน้าและการจัดการศัตรูพืชเชิงรุกในสวนทุเรียนเชิงพาณิชย์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
