ผลของอาหารที่ใช้ขุนต่อสมรรถภาพการผลิตและคุณภาพซากของแม่โคนมคัดทิ้ง

บทคัดย่อ
การทดลองขุนอาหารเป็นเวลา 80 วัน แก่โคนมเพศเมียคัดทิ้งเพื่อศึกษาสมรรถภาพการผลิตและคุณภาพซาก ได้แบ่งแม่โคเป็น 4 กลุ่ม (กลุ่มละ 8 ตัว แยกขังคอกละ 1 ตัว) ได้แก่ กลุ่มที่ฆ่าทันทีหลังจากปลดระวาง (T0) กลุ่มที่ได้รับข้าวโพดหมักเต็มที่ (T1) กลุ่มที่ได้รับกากมันสำปะหลัง 6 กิโลกรัมร่วมกับข้าวโพดหมักเต็มที่ (T2) และ กลุ่มที่ได้รับรำหยาบ 6 กิโลกรัมร่วมกับข้าวโพดหมักเต็มที่ (T3) พบว่าปริมาณการกินได้เฉลี่ยต่อวันและอัตราการแลกน้ำหนักของแม่โค นมทดลองมีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P = 0.001 และ P = 0.087) โดยกลุ่มที่ให้ข้าวโพดหมักเพียงอย่างเดียวมีปริมาณการกินได้น้อยที่สุด (10.64 เทียบกับ 11.21 และ 12.11 kg DM/d) ตามลำดับ และมีอัตราการแลกน้ำหนักด้อยที่สุด (27.79 เทียบกับ 21.65 และ 25.67) ตามลำดับ และยังมีแนวโน้มของอัตราการเจริญเติบโตต่ำที่สุดด้วย (0.38 เทียบกับ 0.51 และ 0.47 กก./ตัว/วัน) ตามลำดับ แต่ไม่พบความแตกต่างทางสถิติ เช่นเดียวกับในด้านของคุณภาพซากคือ ค่าเปอร์เซ็นต์ซาก ความยาวซาก ปริมาณเนื้อแดง ปริมาณไขมันในซาก ปริมาณกระดูก พื้นที่หน้าตัดเนื้อสัน และ เปอร์เซ็นต์ไขมันหุ้มไต แต่กล้ามเนื้อของโคกลุ่มที่ได้รับกากมันสัมปะหลังมีปริมาณไขมันแทรกมากกว่ากล้ามเนื้อจากโคกลุ่มอื่นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P = 0.006)
