Strategic Management for the Banharn – Jamsai 21 Dairy Cooperative Ltd.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to find out the strategic plans by using the concepts of strategic Management. The methods used in this study are as follows, Participation Approach, Threats – Opportunities Weaknesses-Strengths matrix (TOWS matrix) and Strategic Position and Action Evaluation matrix (SPACE matrix). The results of these three methods are almost the same. Concentric diversification and Retrenchment seem to be the favorable strategic plans for the Banharn-Jamsai 21 Dairy Cooperative Ltd.
