บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ลักษณะพื้นฐานบางประการทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร 2) การจัดการปลูกสตรอว์เบอร์รีตามข้อกำหนดทางวิชาการของเกษตรกร 3) ความต้องการปลูกสตรอว์เบอร์รีอย่างยั่งยืนของเกษตรกร และ 4) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการปลูกสตรอว์เบอร์รีอย่างยั่งยืนของเกษตรกร ประชากรเป้าหมาย คือ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกสตรอว์เบอร์รีในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 541 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 230 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และหาค่าความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกสตรอว์เบอร์รี ร้อยละ 74.78 เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 45.73 ปี ร้อยละ 39.57 จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา มีจำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 4.69 คน จำนวนแรงงานปลูกสตรอว์เบอร์รีเฉลี่ย 3.42 คน ขนาดพื้นที่ปลูกสตรอว์เบอร์รีเฉลี่ย 3.04 ไร่ ได้รับผลผลิตเฉลี่ย 2,010.72 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ มีรายจ่ายในการปลูกสตรอว์เบอร์รีเฉลี่ย 37,994.20 บาทต่อไร่ และรายได้จากการปลูกสตรอว์เบอร์รีเฉลี่ย 66,836.72 บาทต่อไร่ 2) เกษตรกรมีการจัดการปลูกสตรอว์เบอร์รีตามข้อกำหนดทางวิชาการโดยรวมและรายด้านในระดับปฏิบัติบางครั้ง 3) เกษตรกรมีความต้องการปลูกสตรอว์เบอร์รีอย่างยั่งยืนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีความต้องการในระดับมากที่สุด คือ ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและด้านเศรษฐกิจ และ 4) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการของผู้ปลูกในการปลูกสตรอว์เบอร์รีอย่างยั่งยืน คือ จำนวนแรงงาน การเป็นสมาชิกกลุ่ม/สหกรณ์ และการจัดการการปลูกตามข้อกำหนดทางวิชาการด้านการนำผลไปปรับใช้
