ผลของการหมักอาหารหยาบชนิดต่างๆ แบบ In Vitro ต่อการย่อยได้ของวัตถุแห้ง จลนศาสตร์การผลิตแก๊ส การปล่อยแก๊สมีเทน และผลผลิตที่ได้จากการหมัก

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลการหมักอาหารหยาบ 6 ชนิด เพียงลำพังหรือหมักร่วมกับอาหารข้นในสัดส่วน 50 : 50 ด้วยการศึกษาแบบจำลองในห้องปฏิบัติการต่อการย่อยได้ของวัตถุแห้ง จลนศาสตร์การผลิตแก๊ส และผลผลิตจากการหมัก อาหารหยาบประกอบด้วย อ้อย (SC) ต้นข้าวโพดฝักอ่อน (BS) ต้นสับปะรด (PS) กระถิน (LC) ฟางข้าว (RS) และหญ้าเนเปียร์ (NG) วางแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มสมบูรณ์ ผลการทดลองพบว่าการหมักอาหารหยาบเพียงลำพังของอาหาร SC, BS และ PS มีการย่อยได้เร็วและผลิตแก๊สสะสมมากกว่า RS และ NG (P < 0.01) ขณะที่ PS มีค่าการย่อยได้ของวัตถุแห้งและปริมาณกรดไขมันระเหยง่ายสายสั้นสูงสุดเมื่อทำการหมักที่ 24 ชั่วโมง อาหาร RS และ NG มีค่าการย่อยได้ของวัตถุแห้งและปริมาณกรดไขมันระเหยง่ายสายสั้นต่ำสุด (p < 0.01) การผลิตแก๊สต่อกรัมการย่อยได้ของวัตถุแห้ง พบว่า SC มีค่าสูงสุด ขณะที่ PS มีการผลิตแก๊สต่อกรัมการย่อยได้ของวัตถุแห้งต่ำสุด (p < 0.01) เมื่อทำการหมักอาหารหยาบร่วมกับอาหารข้น พบว่า SC มีปริมาณการผลิตแก๊สสะสมมากกว่า LC, RS และ NG (p < 0.01) แม้ว่าอัตราเร็วในการผลิตแก๊สไม่แตกต่างทางสถิติ (p > 0.05) ขณะที่ PS มีค่าการย่อยได้ของวัตถุแห้งและปริมาณกรดไขมันระเหยง่ายสายสั้นสูงสุด (p < 0.01) อย่างไรก็ตาม SC มีการผลิตแก๊สรวม แก๊สมีเทน และคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ต่อกรัมการย่อยได้ของวัตถุแห้งสูงที่สุด (p < 0.01) ปริมาณแอมโมเนียไนโตรเจนของทุกกลุ่มทดลองไม่ต่างกัน (p > 0.05) สรุปได้ว่า PS เป็นอาหารหยาบที่มีศักยภาพสูงใกล้เคียงกับ BS ในด้านการย่อยได้ การผลิตกรดไขมันระเหยง่ายสายสั้น และการลดการปลดปล่อยแก๊สเรือนกระจก ในขณะที่ SC มีการย่อยได้ต่ำและมีการปลดปล่อยแก๊สเรือนกระจกต่อปริมาณของการย่อยได้ของวัตถุแห้งสูงที่สุด
