Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study: 1) the personal, economic and social characteristics of the sufficiency economy village members in the upper north; 2) factors related to the management of the existence of the sufficiency economy village members in the north. The population of this study is the sample of sufficiency economy village from 2009 to 2014 in the upper north, 4 provinces from 8 provinces. Seven hundred ninety members of sufficiency economy village were interviewed by using interview form. Focus groups the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, using multiple regression.
The study indicated that: 1) Factors related to management for the existence of village members are 4 variables that are related, accumulation, participation activity, status and income per household. All of the independent variables can explain the variability of the variables in all four aspects, psychological and social. According to the study, 38.3% of the respondents stated; 2) to manage the existence of village members, it was found that the understanding of community participation was acknowledged. Participating in the conference and proposing to the government to help promote the sufficiency economy philosophy. Help members debt Join the fund groups in the village. To promote the occupation of the village to create an economic system for the rotation of the village. The promotion of the learning center. Knowledge transfer in the village to inherit knowledge from generation to generation. And to raise awareness for resource conservation by utilizing the best and most cost effective. It will make members understand, participate and can follow the philosophy sufficiency economy.
